  During my consultation, I was seen immediately and given a quote for rhinoplasty. For surgery and post surgery visits, I ended up waiting 30 minutes to 60 minutes before being seen. Information for post care and antibiotics all had to be requested instead given to me. When I got my tape (not cast) taken off, I started to notice a small bump inside my nose. I had many post visits where I would voice my concerns and Dr. Nguyen would just say, don’t worry, it will go away.
  Well, about 5 months later, the “small bump” resulted in the implant protruding out of the interior of my nose, leaving it painful and prone to infection. I called and had to keep calling to get an appointment and I had to, myself, request antibiotics again. After many phone calls and after I kept having to wait to hear back, I finally got an appointment to get it removed. The office treated the problem unprofessionally and did not compensate me. Money is their priority and throughout the entire process, their patients are put last.
  
  Would never recommend this place to my friends and family.

  I just wanted to say I love Dr. Nguyen. I had silicone implants that were in my body over 25 years. They were a bit botched & I had old scar tissue that had formed through the years. I had just put it off for far too long. At my consultation he was very positive & explained all the procedures that he would do to make my breasts look great again. I am so happy with his expertise & love my breasts!!!

  Awful services, after I checked with my insurance and this doctor was in network the office call me to asked if my insurance was with big corporations or individual because they ONLY accept big corporations.
  So how small business are going to take care of their health?
  I would never have anything to do we people or business either doctors that don't support small business.

  Had my breast implants done here 18 yrs ago. Still very happy and have referred Dr Nguyen to family members. Hoping to return for follow up work. This many years later.Couldn’t be more satisfied.

  I scheduled an appointment via a referral as a new patient nearly 2 months ago and was told 3-4 weeks later that the surgeon had to reschedule.. Because the surgeon decided to go on vacation the week of my appointment.
  
  I had an appointment today and was running 10 minutes late but they refused to accommodate.. Telling me that the surgeon has to go pick up his kids. The receptionist on the phone even doubted that I was that far away noting “That’s where I live, you’re not 10 minutes away”. I waited 2 months yet you can’t wait 10 minutes?
  
  I’m getting a new referral. How can I go to a surgeon who won’t respect my time but expects me to respect theirs? If feels like they don’t know how appointments work.
  
  Trust me. Go somewhere where your time is respected.
