Worse storage place ever. If you want your stuff taken from you this is the place they have no security they put in a pass code sliding gate but it's always open or can't get in. I've had my whole unit wiped out and nobody saw a thing and I slowly started putting stuff back in and two days ago the handle was cut . Just be wary and check on your unit daily so you can have a time frame in case you become a victim . As for the staff they are great and will work with you to accommodate York needs.

TOTALLY DISAPOINTED IN WHAT WAS OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND RESERVING A UNIT ONLINE ONCE I ARRIVED TO THEIR FACILITY I WAS TOLD OF UNEXPECTED CHARGES THAT WAS NOT SHOWN DURING THE RESERVATION AND WHEN I ASKED WHY ARE THEY HITTING ME WITH THE UNEXPECTED INCREASE OF BILLING THEY TOLD ME IF I DONT LIKE IT THEN I DONT HAVE TO GET IT EVEN THOUGH I TRAVELED MILES TO GET TO THIS PLACE ALSO THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING WHO OPERATES A GARAGE OR CAR WASH YELLS OUT ABOUT HOW HE OWNS THE PLACE AND I CAN GET OUT OF HIS BUILDING ONCE I QUESTIONED WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE ONE PRICE THEN YOU HAVE HIDDEN COST AND THE RUDENESS AND HOSTILITY OF THESE PEOPLE I WAS SHOCKED THAT I EVEN LIVED TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE SO SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY BY AVOIDING THESE CROOKS
