  I had a shower replacement put in my 1960s home. They did an expert job! My new shower is beautiful!! They installed it in two days and cleaned up all of the mess. Thanks!

  The tub and surround are really nice looking, well made and expertly installed. The installers were very efficient, friendly and clean. Sales staff and scheduler were too. We will recommend Thiels to people who trust us.

  So they wouldn't come to my home to give me a quote because my wife couldn't be there?? They should ask who's responsible for design decisions and is going to pay for this. LOST SALE! One star is generous. 0! Star

  Thiel's put in windows for us a couple years ago and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The salesmen took the time to help us pick out what we needed. The installer was very polite, they cleaned up after themselves. The office staff was incredibly polite. I'll be calling them in a few months to remodel our bathroom.

  I am giving you 1 star, when I wish I could post this and not give any. My brother worked for you for over a year; he was 110% dedicated to you guys. You let him go because he couldn't work overtime on a Friday? It was his weekend with his 4 year old daughter, he wasn't given adequate notice of this and you told him to leave if he couldn't work overtime. Then he files for unemployment and you guys fight it by saying he "walked out". You guys are horrible.
