  Excellent customer service. Incredible view from our balcony. Comfortable room and bed. They would have gotten 5 stars from us if they provided free WiFi to guests.

  Great stay. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the balcony overlooking the river and the view of the city. Loved the decor throughout. The only damper was the waitress during breakfast. She was friendly but missed a few things, such as a spoon for my breakfast parfait, otherwise it would have been a five star stay.

  Great hotel in a beautiful historic building. The lobby and restaurant experience are great casual place to meet, eat, and share a few craft cocktails. All in all very great experience with excellent customer service.

  A nice place with great staff. Everyone is willing to help and the accommodations are excellent. But it is lacking a hot tub. This is on the quiet side of the river walk area and more of a elegant place than a party place. Parking is a bit steep at $40 a day plus tip. On site restaurant is good and the food is adequate for a hotel. The rooms are clean and on the nicer end of hotel rooms.

  Great location. Great staff. Cozy rooms. We had a great event. The conference rooms back up to a hallway with balcony access to the river. Great for breakout conversations.

  Great hotel! My boyfriend and I would definitely stay here again. Try to get a balcony on the Riverwalk side. It's worth the extra $40. The bar allows you to sit outside on the actual river walk which is great because it's on the quieter end. Customer service and valet are very professional as well.

  A beautiful hotel on a quieter side of the river walk. Close enough to walk to the "more action" side of the river walk. It's great to sit on the patio and have dinner and drinks! The staff is superb from check in to check out! Importantly the staff was very friendly and always helpful!

  The Westin Riverwalk is a beautiful hotel. I am very pleased that I had a refrigerator in my room. However, the hot water in the bathroom sink took several minutes to heat up, and the rain shower shower head had next to no water pressure. The meeting rooms worked very well for our conference, and the staff was most helpful.

  At the Westin for a conference. Food is excellent. Facilities are wonderful. Staff is simply superb. The event planner and the catering manager are to notch. The hotel's strawberry short cake is divine.

  Great hotel. Great location. Just off of the food strip of the river so it is calm and nice but close enough to walk to food without any issues.

  Location was nice! The front desk was not helpful I have been double charged on top of an incidentals pending charge... $1000 for one night that I have called 4 times now to get refunded still waiting. They said I ordered from their cafe and I did not as well. I understand mistakes but iv been out $1000 for a week now for a one night stay and I will not be back.

  Just OK, by Westin standards. It's on a nice, quieter spot along the River Walk, which is convenient when visiting. It has nice facilities to use, such as the gym and pool. However, the rooms are not well insulated from noise, especially if you are on the side facing Market Street where truck and bus traffic seems​ constant. Plus, our AC unit caused ceiling panels to bang loudly every time it turned on and off, and staff seemed unwilling to help. Our sleep, while warm (having turned off the aforementioned unit), was still restful. Basically it's a decent place, but in an area with lots of alternatives, it wouldn't be my first choice.

  Great location right off of Riverwalk and within walking distance of many events. The hotel's height and sign on top act as a great marker to help you get back from all locations downtown-just look up and walk toward the sign. Its very close to the San Fernando cathedral. You can even watch the cathedral's night time light show from the public balcony. Just ask the front desk for which floor. The front desk staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. They are a great resource for questions and information.
