  Wish i could give this place zero stars. I keep going back to try, thinking maybe they changed, but to no avail. This place used to be very good, but since they changed their menu a few months ago, everything has gone WAY downhill.
  
  They changed their french fries, now they are cold, soggy, dry. I ordered the chicken gyro, and the pita bread was burnt to a crisp, and the chicken was very dry.
  
  The time before that, the waitress was dumb as a rock. She forgot to tell us they had lunch specials, she forgot to tell us that salad/soup was included in the special, she told us that we could not have any bread with our meal (we all ordered a pasta dish), and then she forgot to give us dessert (which was included in the lunch special as well).
  
  The time before that i ordered the milano chicken sandwich, the chicken had a bone inside of it, and the kale was so bitter/strong i was unable to eat it.
  
  I just tried ordering the short rib pasta for take out (dont have time to sit there and eat today) and they told me i wasnt allowed to order that meal for take out. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I think that's the last straw with this place. They can't do anything right anymore.

  New (and improved) menu. Been here a few times and in the past it was a bit stodgy and middle of the road. This time much better.... More modern menu and selection. Service good.

  Having been here many times, I am disappointed to see declines in food and service. We brought friends for their first time and the service was terrible. Maybe because it was a Monday, but appetizer ordered with drinks showed up with the meal (after salads!). Menu changes have been disappointing, too. Hopefully, they will find their way again.

  Food was delicious. Wait staff friendly. Short rib sandwich with melted mozzarella cheese and grilled onions was quite tasty. There is a bar and also high group tables in addition to booths.

  I would give this place a -0 if I could. Incredible rude front staff. I went today to see if they were taking reservations for lunch. I walked in front of another woman. They totally ignored me and took care of this other woman who did not have reservations and like me wanted to inquire. They did not even acknowledged my presence. I was in front of three staff members and none of them even looked at me. How incredibly rude.
