  I always have had very positive experiences at this location. It’s fast, conveniently located near my home, and the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. That was until today, an older woman with a white bob was extremely dismissive and did not let me finish a single sentence before she determined that I wasn’t going to get my package. I understand if there are certain days a package can be held etc. however there are ways to speak to a customer without making them feel like they aren’t human. I’ve come here for years now, but this single experience is making me rethink going to other UPS locations. I should not have been treated with disrespect nor with a condescending tone like I was today; it was very shocking and to be quite honest, humiliating.

  I had to ship something and needed about a foot of tape to seal up the package. They charge me $2. Most other UPS store do not charge for this also all USPS offices have tape that you could use. A foot of tape probably cost them a couple cents. I will not be returning to this store.

  I went to ups to get a document notarized. This is typically a pretty boring request. The associate who's name is Oliver helped my wife and I. He was very enthusiastic amd helpful. He made my day with his energy and care. This is an employe who deserves a raise or promotion.
  
  I would highly recommend this located for their friendliness and quick service.

  Had the best experience with my returns today! They helped me carry them in and then even when someone cut in line for a few of us, they made sure and helped us all quickly! For such a busy time of year they all were so pleasant and kind! Will always recommend them as I’ve been so lucky to have such amazing customer service.

  I was racially profiled by a white woman who immediately declined me picking up a package for my disabled mother before I could even explain the situation. I walked in the store with the government issued Identification and Tracking ID and was immediately declined mid-sentence. She was a short woman(5’3-ish) and had a wider build. I’m furious!
