First of all, I would not go to this place to order firearms or parts. I, like many people, in 2020, had a major problem with something showing in-stock, being backordered with no notification, asking for a refund after waiting for a few months and then being told no refunds. Through much frustration, the issue was resolved. I do believe they updated their system so hopefully people have less issues with that. Since then, I have done all business with them at the actual, physical store. The guys working there are chill, helpful with most questions, any question they can't answer, they have always pointed people in the right direction. Descent in-store selection on firearms, optics, mags, parts, and gear. Unfortunately, the ammo selection is meh and the coffee shelf is bear. All in all, a good store and I will continue to visit in the future.
Great Group of People. I buy a lot of guns on line and always transfer through them. The communication and their knowledge of firearms is well above anywhere else I have been in the Clarksville area. If your looking to get your first gun you MUST go see these guys for advice before buying. Great People!
No stars from me, but I had to click one to get to "post" my experience has been that bad. The company accepted my payment for a weapon shown as "in stock" on their company website that was on 07 OCT 2020 and nothing to show as of today, but a two year string of email promises, excuses and lies. Simply cannot comprehend how a company that claims its honorable veteran heritage is scamming veterans. Absolutely shameful. In the 23 months I've been waiting, I now have switched gears to requesting a refund; I don't even want the product or any more promises of delivery just want my money back.
Absolutely horrific. Take your money and light it on fire before you spend it here. Ordered a $1500 item that showed in stock when I ordered. After two weeks without a shipping update, I began exchanging emails with Jonathan, who said the item was backordered. NINE MONTHS ELAPSED with no fewer than 25 emails back and forth when I finally asked for a refund since no product had been delivered. Jonathan then told me no refund could be issued "as stated on the site when you made the purchase" the same website that listed the item as in stock at the time of purchase. After reading reviews and NUMEROUS Consumer Reports complaints stating something similar, I contacted my bank and they refunded my money, something Tactical Edge should've done the moment they were unable to deliver the product. Take your hard earned money literally anywhere else. You won't regret it. Consider any purchase made here a donation, because you'll never see your item.
I bought a Glock pistol here a year ago. Sorry for the late review. While the employee was nice I thought it odd they would not give me a invoice/receipt for purchase which showed what I purchased. The only receipt I received was the credit card receipt showing how much I paid but not what it was for. FWIW I was purchasing the gun while traveling so I know they had to ship it to my home state but I still would have preferred a real receipt.
