It has been 1 month since The Stone Studio installed our counter tops and island top. We love the soapstone so much!!! It was exactly what we wanted!
Pete and Marlene were wonderful to work with. They knew exactly what we wanted and delivered!! They were very prompt and responsive to questions. Pete is a true artisan!! The install was flawless!!

I had a great experience with The Stone Studio! Marlene and Pete were so nice and knowledgeable. My fireplace makeover is gorgeous with Black Ocean phyllite. My new Alaska White granite countertops are BEAUTIFUL! I would highly recommend The Stone Studio for any stone project!

Pete and Marlene are very knowledgeable about soapstone and took the time to answer all my questions! Marlene communicated with me every step of the way and Pete did a meticulous and professional job installing my Church Hill soapstone. The finished product is beautiful and I am very glad I got the opportunity to work with Pete and Marlenethey are kind, professional and passionate about their business and customer satisfaction.

The Stone Studio was so easy and great to work with. They worked with us to find the best stone for our house allowing us to bring samples to our home to see what would look the best with our cabinets and floors. They were very fast, which is exactly what we needed so we could move in. From the time Pete came to measure to installation day I think was only 1 weekish. We honestly feel our countertops were made to go into our home! There wasn't a big enough hole to fit the faucet all the way down in the sink and after I called, the very next day, the installers were there fixing it. Anything we needed Marlene was quick to react and get done for us! I would highly recommend this company- they are the best!

The Stone Studio (Pete and Marlene) are absolutely wonderful to work with. When we decided on soapstone for our kitchen we had no idea where to find it or what information we needed. to know to make an informed decision. Much to our surprise the Stone Studio was just down the road in Batesville, IN. We were given the red carpet treatment by Pete and Marlene. The knowledge of their product is fantastic and there are no questions left unanswered. We knew our first trip down that we had hit the lottery with the Stone Studio. Our advice to anyone who is getting new counter tops is to please check with this company. They carry all kinds of counter tops but for us soapstone is the ultimate product in looks and durability.

I can not recommend Pete and Marlene enough! First of all I just showed up at their business, I didn't realize that you are asked to make an appointment. Marlene was so welcoming, invited me in to her home to see her countertops and answered all of my questions. We went back so my husband could look at the soapstone. Pete came out to my house to measure with a laser and computer, not a tape measure! A week later the soapstone was installed and the young men did such a good job, they even came with their own vacuum cleaner to vacuum up any dust they may have left. The countertops are beautiful! A couple of months later I received a rustic island and had a piece of quartzite from The Stone Studio put on top of it after having gone to a local granite dealer recommended by my cabinet shop. I didn't like anything there. I went to see the quartzite and as soon as I saw it I immediately knew I wanted it, just gorgeous! I am looking forward to using The Stone Studio for my bathrooms when we remodel them. Pete and Marlene are both so nice and thecountertops made the whole kitchen! Id give them 10 stars if I could!

Flawless from start to finish. I love my counter tops! Quality stone and expert craftsmanship. Everyone was friendly and professional. I learned a lot about soapstone during the process and had fun too!
