The Standard at the Smith House is an award winning Steakhouse and Private Club, located in the heart of downtown Nashville, in the historic Smith House Mansion. The beautifully renovated mansion was built in 1843 and is a Nashville landmark. The Standard Club resides on the 2nd and 3rd floors and is ranked as one of the top 5 cigar clubs in the country by The Robb Report (2012). The private club is grand but not pretentious, and draws members in leadership positions from every sector of society, both in Nashville, and across the U.S. The Standard Restaurant is located on the first floor, and is open to the public. The 8 table restaurant is consistently ranked as one of the top overall restaurants in Nashville and was awarded one of the “100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the Country” by Open Table (2015). Tours are given nightly of the historic mansion including the prestigious wine cellar.
