Mission:The Shed is an organization dedicated to helping women be great by supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Vision:Our vision is to see women reach their highest potential by providing programs that will help them be great in character and quality. Our purpose is to offer access to health and wellness programs, fitness programs, fitness facilities, meal planning support, a sisterhood, accountability, and motivation. We have created a group where women, who have some of the same struggles, can come to be open about the battle between the everyday life of a woman and the struggles of being physically fit. Our goal is to promote and motivate women to live a healthier lifestyle by making physical and spiritual activity a part of their daily lives.
