Fernando Luis and his crew were professional, efficient and worked tirelessly on my move. I love that they disassemble and reassemble all of our furniture. They wrap everything with pads and shrink wrap, so you know your items are not going to be damaged. Make sure to tip to the crew $20-40 per person - we went with $40 as it was raining during my move. If you're the first morning move, provide them some water bottles as well, especially during the summer! Side note: their other business, Chicago Green Box is so worth the money. We got 45 sturdy boxes that are rented out, so you have two weeks to pack and unpack. It saves the hassle of collecting boxes. The Professionals may be pricey (easily $900-1300 w/o tip), but they take care of everything for you. It reduces the stress of moving. So worth the money!

6 out of 5 stars. Everything about the experience was positive. Before the move, the staff responded promptly and answered questions. The movers let us know they were on the way the day of the move and arrived on time. They got to work immediately and were so efficient. I was amazed at the amount of care they took with every single piece of furniture. Nothing was damaged. It took less time than expected and was slightly less expensive then the estimate. I was so glad I chose them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent company! Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We had complications with our move because our house wasn’t ready but The Professionals handled these blips well and offered us solutions that made the process so much easier. We appreciate how accommodating and understanding they were. The moving crews were quick and efficient and our stuff was handled with care. Nothing was broken and they even put our beds together! Would strongly recommend to anyone.

After hiring the Professionals Moving Specialists I will never not use movers again. This company was great to work with. Very quick quoting process and they working with me on finding a date that works. The movers themselves were right on time and very VERY quick. I am usually very stressed about moves but the movers quickly relieved me of my stress. They took great care of our stuff and helped assemble the larger stuff in our new place. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I move.

**UPDATED** (2020)we just moved again and used the professionals a second time. They are so fantastic. I cannot recommend enough.

(2016)Fantastic team. They came early to avoid the rain, were fast and careful moving items out. At the new place they quickly brought furniture in and reassembled and were receptive to which boxes went in which rooms. Nothing was broken, noting was lost, no issues at all. I would definitely recommend them again.
