  Nice store some sales people are great, some seem like they don't have time for you. They cut there Saturday hours so unless your unemployed it's hard to shop here. Another sign that they mostly only care about commercial accounts.

  I brought a Simpson pressure washer in for a warranty repair on June 16th and was told 3-4 week turnaround. After 6 weeks I called and was told they had ordered a part and were waiting for delivery. Two weeks later I called again and was told they didn’t know when the part would arrive. I then called the store I bought it at and they agreed to replace it as defective. I called Power Tool Store and told them I didn’t need it repaired and would pick it up the next day. Because of an injury my wife went to pick it up. They were extremely rude, said they couldn’t find it, said we picked it up yesterday and then when they did find it were again very rude and refused to help my wife load it in the truck.
  
  This is the worst service I’ve ever seen and will never return to the Power Tool Store. I gave them two stars because they were decent when I brought it in but that was a 40ish age employee and today it was a barely 20 something employee with a severely bad attitude. I would recommend looking elsewhere for tools and repairs if you are in the market for those things.
  
  I will never go back and all my friends and relatives will here if this incident.

  Amazing customer service as soon as you walk in the door! Definitely recommend The Power Tool Store to anyone who is looking for good product & service.

  These guys were the only distributor who had the tool I was looking for in stock. Several other sellers took my purchase and didn’t tell me they were back ordered until it was past the date that the tool should have arrived. Fast responses and fast shipping.

  I have been buying tools for a number of years from the Power Tool Store from my tables saws and planers to my latest Max rebar tying tool. Jim and Aaron gave me a great product demonstration to help me understand how to load the wire and operate the tool. It has saved me an incredible amount of time in the field. I am very happy to buy my tools from them.
