Had left my phone in the bathroom in the lobby and someone turned it in and they kept it for me till I realised it was gone. They were very clean and the people were very nice.
I had to make it shorter..I had and issue withe bank accepting my check this month ok long story and I won't have enough space to explain it so but this lady at te office (no name so I wont burn her here) ok no help whatsoever even do was their mistake! stuck with more than 100dls. late fees no help! never late for the past 18 months no issues or complains about us.Other thing we had receive 2 notice about us having dogs(we don't have any) and its very upsetting because our kids and us we suffer because other neighbors with dogs(poop everywhere the hallways stinks like dogs pee)not even mentioning the kids and ourselves stepping on that, one of the notice was about the neighbors complaining about a barking dog who's was actually the neighbors behind us , the second one they said that someone witness us walking with dog which was my friends coming to visit us a couple times we went to explain what. happened same lady at the office,"well you need permission from us to any kind of dogs visit"Im like ,so we have to ask for permission so our friend can come and visit us now? the dog is a 5 lb dog shy little thing that its always on our friend lap and actually she took the dog to poop and clean after(no like a lot of tenants that they don't clean after their dogs? And don't even get me started with the parking. My upstairs neighbors have 3 dogs when supposedly can only have 2, every day 5-6 in the morning running around, crying waking up my kids scared because let me tell u the noise its so loud complain maybe 3 4 times nothing done, and one time they flood their bathroom and guess what? our bathroom got a personal waterfall yay! call few times about people smoking weed outside our apartment(area with grills and seats)nothing happens they don't care! Need more professional staff because I only encounter a couple of good ones.. Cant wait to move out
My first year living at the Pavilion Apartments simply flew by. I am handicapped and my every need has been satisfied with courtesy and professionalism. The office staff is always doing something special for all residents they celebrate our existence at least twice each month.
It is a pleasure to live at the Pavilions and I love the "WOW" effect on my friends' faces when they visit for the first time! Moving here was a perfect decision for me.
Had my car broken into and my tire slashed while Living here less than a year. There is no assigned parking so if you get home late after a long day at work and school good luck finding a parking spot. Heaven forbid you have groceries to carry to your apartment and can't t find a close spot. They say you can't park under the covered parking without a parking tag but nothing is done if someone does park under the covered parking without a tag. There has been the same car parked for weeks in the same spot right up front with no parking permit numerous times. It's really expensive to live here for a one bedroom. There is always the smell of weed. Other than that it's pretty quiet and the staff is friendly.
staff is super helpful. well maintained complex/ gorgeous place!
Awesome place to live. Staff is awesome. Clean. Most important is the great neighbors.
Amount of parking spaces is severely lacking, no complaints otherwise.
This is where you go to live when you want to be treated like a rat in a cage or a person in a box. This is corporate BS living. Be prepared to pay up and jammed up with wide ranging fees. Just like other Picerne properties the management smile all the while they are puppets of an evil little empire. Seriously, this place will feel like punishment. Save your self.
A little short on parking and winter insulation but they have a couple of nicely upgraded features within each unit
I have lived here since 2014, and as of this moment in time I have no desire to go anywhere else. My living experience has been very pleasant and any concern that I have had has been addressed, if not immediately, in a very timely fashion. And I appreciate that.
The complex offers everything that I need. The Club House, the Computer Room, the Exercise Room, the Pool Areas, the Walkways, the Different Pavilions throughout the complex, add to the comfort and luxury of living here. And I am proud to tell others about my living experience at this location.
I feel safe and secure here even to the point when I come in late in the evening, I am comfortable and not afraid to move about the complex alone.
The staff. What can I say? Wonderful, wonderful people. Who have shown over and over again that my comfort and concerns are their first priority. From the office, to maintenance, to security, every employee has made me feel that I am the most important tenant. That makes me feel good and I appreciate everyone of them. If I could use this forum to say "thank you" to everyone on staff for making my living experience here such a pleasure.
Now, no place is perfect, and there is room for improvement, but I can't think of any at the moment. So let me just say, "I enjoy living at The Pavilions at Providence, and look forward to the future being even better".
Sincerely,
This was the first apartment I moved to when I relocated to Vegas, the apartment itself is a good size and good size and the community is extremely quiet. I've placed only two work orders since living here and each has been addressed within 24 hours. The office staff is extremely nice and I have no complaints! I've recently gotten my lease renewal notice and only experienced a nominal increase. Great place to call home
