  We loved staying at The Park Avenue Inn. The location is convenient. The house and each room are beautiful and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Walls are thin but that is to be expected in an antique house. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully planned. Kate will go out of her way to make your stay more comfortable. Wifi signal is not the strongest, but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again in the future.

  We only spent one night so it was hard to come up with a overall review. But we checked in very early and the owner was very accommodating. The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. the location is very convenient to FSU, which is where we were going for the evening. Breakfast was wonderful and the conversation was enjoyable. We would stay there again.

  Finding this beautiful home for an overnight stay has been a highlight for 4 Kiwis (from New Zealand) on a road trip. We loved the elegance, the comfort and the company. Kate and Ann are fabulous hosts and we would recommend a stay here over any other. The wonderful personal touches were noticed and appreciated.

  The house is very beautiful and the so are the rooms. We were so lucky to be upgraded to an amazing suite, the Rotunda suite with three room. The innkeeper was very nice and gave us a lot of tips of things to do and see. Overall our short stay here was perfect!

  The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and everyone seems very friendly. My only complaint is the lack of parking. It hasn't been an issue yet, but there are only 3 parallel spots on the street out front.

  I'm always so happy to go to Tallahassee because it means I get to stay at the Park Avenue Inn. The Inn is perfect - comfortable, beautiful, and close to everything. Innkeeper Kate Bruner is warm, helpful, and engaging. Her breakfasts are delicious! You cannot go wrong staying at the Park Avenue Inn.

  My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful extended stay at Park Avenue Inn. The house is beautiful and the host is a wonderful cook. We received a very generous rate for extended stay and in addition were able to use kitchen and laundry facilities during our time there, making our stay much more convenient. We would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in Tallahassee for short or extended stay. It is located in the heart of downtown making transportation to any part of Tallahassee easily accessible. Our only disappointment was coming back to a home where we had to make the bed ourselves. :)

  I used the Park Avenue Inn for our marriage celebration April 2016 and was so pleased. We used the inside, porches and backyard garden. The property had a great flow of authentic southern charm. Kate, the Inn Keeper was great. Everyone was very complimentary of this new exciting addition to Tallahassee!!

  My husband and I had a delightful stay recently at the Park Avenue Inn. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and our room was very clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. I can't say enough about the outstanding staff at this homeeveryone was very accommodating and we received helpful ideas regarding restaurants and places of interest in the area. We loved the location of the Inn, as we were able to walk to almost everything that we wanted to do in the area. To make our visit perfect, we enjoyed two delicious breakfasts, which were served at our convenience. We have already told a number of our friends about this fantastic Bed and Breakfast and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

  PERFECT place to stay! I stayed here for a wedding I that I was a bridesmaid in. Kate is the best!! She makes the absolute best fruit parfaits. If you have the chance to stay here, do, you will not regret it. Kate is very accommodating and I actually felt like I was at home. Throughout my entire life I have traveled to all 50 states and beyond, The Park Ave Inn tops the chart on the hotels that I would go back to. My experience was wonderful at the Inn and if I ever had to go back to Tallahassee, I would stay at The Park Avenue Inn.
