  New Equipment Update and Maintenance Update:

  Hi everyone! Happy Friday! I hope everyone is having an amazing day. There are some updates to provide you.

  1. Painting has been completed on the large white walls as we prep for some motivational stuff going on the walls. Stay tuned there 🙂

  ...

  2. NutraBio Crew is having an event tomorrow so come check them out, workout with them, and get some free samples. Muscle Factory will be full force providing insights and details on all sorts of nutrition / supplements.

  3. I have an electrician working on details around power for the cardio section and putting in all new LED lights to help with better quality lighting (selfies must be on point) and more important being more efficient with the utilities footprint).

  4. The new tricep extension machine will arrive today/tonight around 5-6pm if anyone wants to check this new piece out.

  5. The new 8 stack cable station is installed and ready for work. We were missing 85 plates and those arrive today/tonight and will be installed so this 8 stack will be full functional. Make sure to grab the MAG grips and see how nice this machine is.

  6. I am working with a vendor on removing the older Free Motion equipment out so bare with me. We are so close getting the remaining area cleaned up so we can finish the interior touches and get the functional fitness area setup along with the powerlifting / strongman area. We are so close!

  Back office Update:

  Hi Everyone - hope you are excited as we are about the new equipment. This should surely enhance your training.

  As stated before Enhancement / Maintenance Fees are coming out in June. We do this semi-annually and we keep this low because of all the new equipment coming and warranty that we get on the new equipment. This just helps us to continue to maintain older equipment and invest further going forward. Our back end billing provider made a mistake... and only billed 10.00 instead of the regular 25.00 rate. Unfortunately you will likely see two drafts, one for 10.00 and one for 15.00 on two separate dates. It still is the total amount but we apologize for the two separate drafts.

  Going forward this won’t happen and will only be a single draft on June 1st and Dec 1st.

  We apologize for the inconvenience.

  Help needed. 🚨

  We have received the equipment shipment however they left out one small tool requirement. A forklift 🤦‍♂️

  They failed to mention that the truck didn’t have a lift gate.

  ...

  Does anyone know at last minute where we can get a forklift. This is Aaron and I am not there currently but I am a licensed forklift operator. That doesn’t help Rob who is a licensed diva leprechaun 🤪.

  We could use some help to sort this out... Again, need a forklift ASAP and someone to operate it. We just need the equipment off the truck and we can bring it in.

  In the order of transparency. This is what the layout will be. You can see everything from functional fitness, state of the art Power/Strongman, to strength training, to bodybuilding, etc. Jess Randall will be building out the functional fitness based on her functional fitness background to ensure we have everything for you to do your own programming.

  We will continue to add here and phase out old equipment as we grow. Everything in orange outline is new coming this week.

  New Equipment Alert 🚨

  Team - it’s official. New equipment arrives Thursday at 8am. We will need some help for anyone willing to help. Lots of pieces of equipment on pallets and even bolted down on the truck. We will have to unbolt (9/16 socket) some pieces of equipment (usually lighter equipment, and leverage our pallet jack for the heavier equipment.

  We appreciate anyone who could help for about 2 hours getting the equipment off the truck and moved into its resting pl...ace in the gym.

  It’s time folks. So much equipment coming for you to enjoy. We will be working hard to get this placed this week for your training session.

  For the ladies, I cannot tell you how excited you will be with all of the lower body equipment. Very unique stuff that no other gyms have in the surrounding area. This is the point of making this type of selection. We want to be different but also be reasonably priced for everyone to enjoy.

  Hi everyone, I am looking for some crowdsourcing assistance.

  I need an electrician (not the crazy pricey ones who see this as a commercial building and want to throw crazy commercial pricing but someone honest, realiable, and flexible to working around our schedule).

  With the new equipment coming in, I need to turn my sights on the cardio equipment. In order to move everything into the cardio section and release some new purchases for delivery, I need power 🙂 run to the c...ardio area in the below image. I have to run this power through a floor track system which will make this look nice.

  If you look at the below, this will be the start but we will add to this as we continue or expand memberships.

  For the treads in the second row, this will be a HIITMill by stair master. We have to make it hurt when walking on a treadmill 🤣. Your welcome Blake!

  So, first thing first is to get power pulled and the track system install for the back two rows of cardio equipment and then we move all the equipment from the loft area down.

  We are working hard for you. The dilemma has been waiting for this first Phase of Equipment given we have a lot of equipment that needs to be removed before we accept new shipments. A bit of a juggling effort but now we are cookin.

  All of the white free motion equipment (14 pieces is available for anyone to take at 1500.00 for the whole lot). If you know anyone who wants to build a home gym, you will not find a better set of equipment at that price point. Just bring a box truck with a lift. I will make a separate post so folks can see what we have. It’s a steal! Not looking to make any money back, just looking to move equipment for someone who will use it.

  New Equipment Alert 🚨

  I have just received word from Arsenal Strength that they have completed the Phase I order and will be shipping tomorrow. Yes, this is only Phase I of III. I told you this will be the most badass facility around with the most unique equipment selection you have ever trained with.

  I suspect a Saturday delivery and will update the community when I receive official word as I know many of you are just as excited as we are to get this equipment in and st...art using it.

  I want to thank all of those who are willing to help move equipment around.

  We will work hard on minimizing equipment movement once we place it in the gym but gym design and placement is critical to me as I think about how we workout muscle groups and keep the flow and circuit workouts moving.

  Note - let’s keep all plates from leaning on any equipment, against the walls, or scattered on the floor folks. I don’t want to have to post signage that says such and prefer we all respect each other by cleaning up after you use the equipment. Gym staff will always be walking around throughout the day cleaning stuff up and wiping equipment down and just doing your part helps tremendously.

  It’s exciting times with more changes coming. We are working hard to make The Office the best damn gym on the planet and it just so happens Lake Wylie is where we are located 🙂

  Let’s get the word out folks! We want everyone to know that The Office is the best place to be to work on your Health and Fitness goals. Not too mention we have a Health and Fitness store located inside called Muscle Factory.

  To our wonderful gym members. We are planning to deliver of a bunch of replacement equipment and would love any help that folks want to offer. We did a bunch of trading for new equipment so while new equipment comes in, older equipment needs to get loaded onto the box truck.

  When the dates become available in the very near future, let us know if you are willing to help. This should be lots of fun and you will start to see the gym design and functional space take shape. ...Over 20 new pieces coming as part of Phase I. We do have dollies that make moving equipment an easier process.

  Equipment from Arsenal Strength, Westside Barbell, and Dynabody will all be arriving very soon.
