The NID Group is a full service Real Estate investment firm that focuses on the entire Real Estate life cycle from conception and identification to closing and certificate of occupancy.

The NID Group performs lead acquisitions and negotiations with sellers, lenders, tenants, fund counselors and investment partners. The NID Group conducts transaction due diligence and financial analyses while optimizing capital structures to maximize returns. We possess extensive management experience with insight to formulate strategies for tenant placement, tenant retention, owner satisfaction and even disposition of the portfolio.

Outside of the Real Estate circle, the NID Group is committed to giving back to the community. We have a sincere passion for sowing fruitful seeds into the lives of young adults. A percentage of all proceeds from our Real Estate transactions, Asset management, and Green Consulting Division is donated to various youth programs worldwide, to help young men and women achieve their goals and live their dreams.

The word "nid" is French for “nest.” A nest is a structure in nature, built with the concept of adaptive reuse, serving as housing or shelter in order to nurture and protect a valuable asset.
