Had a wonderful "dinner and a flick" here in May. "A year in Burgundy" accompanied by a Frisee salad (grapes, walnuts, blue cheese with verjooz vinaigrette), beef Bourguignon and a chocolate hazelnut tart. Delicious, well presented and entertaining night.
Beautiful place. We had a small meeting for work there. There were about 15 people. We had fruit and pastries for breakfast and ordered off the menu for lunch.
Amazing facility, clean, great cooking class experiences here. Classes available here are the best. Events that take place here have had positive reviews that I've heard by people in my community.
Enjoyed creative cuisine. Delicious dinner, good service - very friendly and helpful with wine paring. A little pricey. Skip dessert.
Much better than last year. Lots of great wines but a decent selection of food from the Culinary Center.
Over cooked fries, undercooked vegetables, over priced food. I will never be back! When you have to wait over a half an hour for your appetizer, which turns out to be awful, it's time to look elsewhere. Culinary my foot! The only plus was the location.
Wonderful evening overlooking the lake on the upstairs patio. Food and service were top notch. Wine selection was fantastic!
My boyfriend and I took a pasta making class this morning and loved it. The two chefs who ran the class were great. They had great tips and we had a lot of fun making the pasta. The other people at our table were very nice and we all shared, so we got to taste some of all of the dishes that were available to make. We made ravioli, but one of he chefs also taught me how to make tortellini even though it wasn't really part of the class. We will definitely be returning!
Very nice place. Have done tastings on several occasions and had a great time. Also visited the restaurant upstairs last time and LOVED it. I'm from Nashville and had chicken and waffles that would definitely pass muster here (not usually the case for southern food in the Northeast). Excellent dining at pretty reasonable prices and great view of the lake as well.
Offers some amazing meals. The wine tastings are a bit overpriced for what they offer but, I have never been disappointed by a meal. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is nice.
My company had it's annual holiday party here and it was amazing. Food was delicious and the variety of activities available was awesome. Wine parings, port tasting, sushi making, and make your own bananas foster!
Food was decent but the options are limited and all include ingredients your average person doesn't normally have. I like to try new things but everything was a little too out there for me, which ended in me paying a high price for a dinner I didn't enjoy.
My girlfriend recently bought me Introduction Sushi lessons here for a birthday present and the class was phenomenal. Once we found our room we were immediately presented with beer and wine as part of the package.
The lesson itself was incredibly insightful and the chef went over the history of sushi along with common techniques and advice on avoiding any grievance making it. We had two hours to make as much sushi as we could with Tuna and halfway through the presentation we were served Miso soup. On the way out we were given tools to make our own at home and recipes for everything used during the lesson. The chef Jeffery personally helped me get the rolling technique for the sushi down.
This was a truly thoughtful present and I recommend anyone who is looking for a fun date or a perfect gift to consider giving this a try. It's worth the drive out.
