I have been doing custom embroidery on pretty much whatever I can fit in a hoop on my machine for over 10 years. I love making unique items for people.
I started beading even before that, but have just discovered working with wire. The elf ear wraps came about as a way to get the elf/fairy look for a costume I was putting together to wear to the Sterling Renaissance Festival, which I attended for the first time this year. We had a great time, and had many comments on the wraps.
