First & foremost, make sure you come HUNGRY! You will leave in a heavenly food coma from all of the delicious food you will consume during your 4 course meal. Cheese, salad, protein, dessert. I highly suggest ordering a flight to go with your meal (one 3oz serving of wine to try with each course).
Definitely on the pricy side, we only come here for anniversaries or special occasions and you get what you pay for. Service is always impeccable! Be prepared to be here 2-3 hours for your meal.report this review -

Wow wow wow wow wow!! I can not say enough good things about this place. I had never been to one before, but my boyfriend and I wanted to try something new on our way home from Philly. We were lucky enough to visit during restaurant week and got 4 courses for $35/person! Never had been there, the menu was very overwhelming, but our waitress was super nice and gave great suggestions and help with how to do everything. There's definitely something for everyone on the menu. It's honestly been the most fun I've ever had at dinner. I totally suggest going!!! Just be prepared to spend at least two hours for dinner lol

Went for my birthday and was not impressed. My opinion of melting pot has definitely changed. Last year our server was great, this year the one we got was rude and it was very obvious he didn’t want to be there or be doing his job; so much so that When my fiancé told him it was my birthday he told us he loves working here because he doesn’t have to do anything for customers birthdays. The experience only went down from there with only an hour that we could be in our seats, this server didn’t come back with the boxes for our food until after the cheese and chocolate dried up to the point we couldn’t pour them on top.

Tim was awesome, he gave us so many great ideas that totally changed the way we dined at the melting pot in a positive way. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.report this review -

Went there for my daughter's 18th birthday. We had 11 people in our party so they assigned 2 servers, after the male server got us drinks and took our order he never came back to the table. The female server was left to make all the cheese (we had 3 different ones on 3 burners), deliver all the food, refill all drinks; basically do it all. She was great. Chocolate milks ordered for the kids were barely chocolate, they forgot to get our 6 birthday strawberries which were ordered with the male server. So overall a decent experience but for the money we spent I expect a lot better. They need to work on getting all the details right.

Great place for a special occasion or girl's night out. The staff was very accommodating and the food was fabulous. You have to try the yin yang martini! So good, and beautiful... I had to take a pic. Plan on 2 to 3 hours for a full meal.

We decided to go on a the last minute with our two young kids and it was great. Staff was awesome and very accommodating to them. My wife and I had been here before but going with the kids was great. Food was good but the desert was what everyone loved.

Absolutely love The Melting Pot!! We go several times a year. You can get a four course meal which includes cheese fondue, a salad, a main course and chocolate fondue. Highly recommended!

Delicious during every course. They now have gluten free options which is great for those of us who need them. You can honestly go and fill up just on cheese, salad, and chocolate courses. A bit expensive, so it's a treat if you're watching your budget, but the staff is very attentive and helpful and it's worth the trip for a special meal.

If you are really into fondue, this place is for you. For me, it is nice every so often butt not really my jam. My daughter lives it for her special occasions though.
This one does do it well, with the right ambiance and key, good ventilation.
We've been here a couple times now, and the main suggestion I'd give is to consider going just for the cheese and the chocolate courses, skipping the main entree.report this review -

Great interactive comfortable and fun dining experience. The server was very informative explaining what to expect and all the flavors were outstanding. Even jokingly offered us wheelchair service to the car because we were so stuffed after our four courses.

A great experience for friends, couples, and families. Went for dessert and it was delicious. Staff was extremely attentive and courteous - offered to bring out more dippers for the fondue without us even asking. Will definitely be back again.

Out for a night of fun with the Mrs for restaurant week. The atmosphere was perfect for couples and groups alike. The cheese fondue was yummy with a light smoky flavor. Salads are delish and the main entrees are outstanding. No fear, they tell you all you need to know to cook to perfection. And the chocolate fondue dessert, warm gooey goodness with lots of choices for dunking, the perfect ending to a fabulous dinner. If your lucky, you'll get Billy as your server, he'll take great care of you and make it a memorable experience, he's got personality plus!
