  I purchased a variety of CBD products from this shop and I came here to give these folks my highest possible recommendation. One of the owners reached out to me because I input some info incorrectly and he caught the mistake. While I had him on the phone, I took the opportunity to ask him about a couple of products that looked interesting and I'm so glad I did. The amount of useful information this man has -- wow! He answered all of my questions, made recommendations tailored to specific types of pain and shipped high quality products that are so much better than I've been purchasing at my local dispensary. Great customer service, top notch products, competitive pricing - what are you waiting for??

  Amazing customer service! I had trouble getting my order to process so I sent an email and within the hour I got a phone call from Derrick the owner who walked me through the process step by step to get my order placed and even sent a free gift. The shipping was super fast and the prices are great too! I highly recommend this company!

  I am a first time customer and ordered from the website which is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. I also spoke with the owner over the phone and he is extremely nice and eager to help and answer any questions I had. I would say customer service overall is A+. My order was shipped the same day I placed it and came the next day carefully packaged in a discreet bubble mailer with cute stickers all over it. I also found that they included some gifts as a first time customer which is very much appreciated by me! If you are looking for cbd products from a reputable company that is also personable and attentive to customer needs then Mass Apothecary is the place for you. Looking forward to making another purchase soon!

  Derek at The Mass Apothecary provided professional and helpful guidance and service from the moment we put our first question into the chat. My 70 year old husband suffers with sciatica. Derek recommended both oral and cream products that would relieve his pain. When we asked whether it could be mailed to us, Derek let us know they had a delivery service. Derek was at our door three hours later and gave my husband additional information about application that was incredibly helpful. First rate product and service delivered with customer centered care. We are grateful for both the products and service and will certainly return again.

  PLEASE, DON’T HESITATE!
  As someone who is very sensitive to THC, and has panicked while smoking multiple times, CBD seemed like the best route.
  I was nervous and called around until I found Mass Apothecary. What a literal blessing.
  Derek was so kind and polite, and even could sympathize with my issues in the past. It’s a cute little shop, and I felt so relaxed while there.
  Corrin is a sweetheart and gave me honest recommendations on teas and prerolls.
  I selected a couple of the recommendations, and even left with some free goodies.
  These two are doing God’s work in my opinion. I haven’t felt this great in a while.
  So happy I came to MA, and will definitely be coming back.
