  Friendly workers. Always trying to make sure you are taken care of while u wait for assistance to be done. Clean areas, even for mechanical duties done. Some get to know u by heart and appreciate your business.

  Sitting in the bay right now a half hour before closing. I normally don’t let people work on my truck for me unless I know them. In this case I really needed an oil change, and was out running errands, and running out of daylight. Matt the supervisor and his dude under my truck we’re awesome. Great customer service and seemed like good communication between them. They took care of my truck last minute and I appreciate that a lot.

  (This location specifically) - Not your average auto mechanic. Eric and team are always professional excellent customer service. Never to pushy on additional services. Literally takes 10 minutes. In and out. Highly recommend. My new go to maintenance shop.

  I just brought my '89 Honda Accord in for an oil change, and these guys knew everything they were doing, and did it in a timely manner. I've even been having problems getting my hood all the way down for some reason, and they fixed that for me without my even asking them to! Not sure why this place has less than 4 stars on here, but sheesh. They made me happy before even driving away. Good job, guys! I highly recommend this place.

  Told my wife you can't switch between Conventional and Synthetic Oil, "it'll ruin the engine". LOL
  
  My 6+ years of Black Forrest Labs oil testing experience says there truly is no difference, in a non-high performance high stress vehicle, between conventional and synthetic oil. Pushy tactic to upsell to synthetic oil with absolutely no science behind it.
  
  Oh but wait there's more.
  
  If you can't switch between conventional and synthetic, why does the Lube Center use a Synthetic blend for most of their oils? Ya know, a blend of recycled conventional and synthetic. 🤔

  This place sucks.... the manager on duty was horrible his name was Eric i think all I remember he had a beard. He was a rude dued who worked on my car and u can tell something was bothering him

  Oil filter was not tight AT ALL, leaked oil.
  Used to go here all the time when my friend worked here and had never had a problem. This time they did not take my skid plate off because they were being lazy and barely screwed the oil filter on. I went under the car myself and took off the skid plate and wiped off all the leaked oil and screwed the filter on 2 whole turns then another with a filter wrench.
  Never again, you lost a customer.

  We always go here for all of our oil changes and new light bulbs etc..... They always do a great job. The pricing is what I have a problem with..I just had a fuel filter and light bulb replaced and it cost $163.00. The light bulb was 34.00 including labor which is not horrible but the fuel filter cost about $30.00 and 82.00 labor!!!! It took 5 minutes to replace the filter, way over priced. Also a shop supplies charge of 7.45. I might check some other places in the future.
