The office staff and maintenance department at TheLex are wonderful! We've lived here almost two and a half years now and during that time needed to downsize to a smaller place. Sarah went WAY out of her way to help us easily transition into our new apartment. Gary and Michele were extremely helpful as well. They were always up to date on the status of our move and able to fill in easily on the rare occasion Sarah was out of the office. Randall and the maintenance department have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions to help me and my friends/neighbors. They're always friendly and truly care about the residents, and their needs and concerns. It's overall just a great complex! It's safe and clean, and they have a number of fun (optional) community events.

I love living here! We’ve been here for a little less than two years have had no issues. Sarah is an absolute gem. She’s so attentive and always so accommodating. Any concerns we have, she takes care of them right away with no questions asked. If you’d like tour here, please ask for her!!! If she’s unavailable, the entire staff is always willingly to help. :)

I lived here about 13 years ago, and recently moved back. Imagine my surprise when 2 of the agents who worked there so long ago were still here, and even remembered me! I'm so happy in my spacious unit and the office has been a wonderful help to make my move as smooth as possible. They've definitely gone the extra mile to help me be comfortable!

I have lived here for over 15 years and everyone at the Lex is like family to me. I love the newly painted buildings and brighter lights. The rent has gone up quite a bit since I moved in but that is to be expected in this area. I like that it is very quiet here and I love all the beautiful trees outside my patio. I definitely recommend it here.

I've never renewed my lease at any apartment community and I did so at The Lex, and plan on doing so in the future. The apartments are renovated and have great amenities. The grounds are well kept and I feel very safe. The best feature for me is the attached garage in my unit, makes me feel like I have a town home. The Lex team is great - everyone is welcoming and accommodating and genuinely care about you as a tenant.

Awesome amenities, unbelievably knowledgeable and professional and friendly staff, amazing apartments.ours has an attached garage just like a house! We moved here while our home is being rebuilt after a fire, and every person on staff, including maintenance, remembers our names and our situation and our apartment number! I've lived in apartments before, but this place tops everything.

(My one and only wish is a sign on the pool gate that reads "pool closed because _____" so you can tell the status when you drive past. The pool deck is always open, but the pool itself is occasionally closed for different reasonsthey do send an email with this info, but my 7 yr old doesn't see an email as a "pool closed today" sign!!)

If you are looking for a kid friendly, safe, calm, neighborly, convenient and beautifully kept apartment complex, then look no further!

I like that it's close to downtown Alpharetta which is a luxury. Also the staff is very professional. I also like that it doesn't take a long time for the maintenance crew to follow up and fix issues which is a huge Plus for me. The price is fair for the area and they keep the grounds clean and looking good.

I've lived at the Lex Apartments for the last 10 years and it has been the best experience living here. The staff and maintenance have all been exemplary and been like family to me! I cannot say enough about Michele and her staffGary and Sarah! These individuals make my stay at the Lex SO enjoyable, relaxed and happy. They are understanding. Kind. Warm hearted.I could go on and on. The apartments are clean, the grounds well maintained and the location is great. I absolutely love living here and I'm so glad to call this my home. I'd recommend The Lex any day to any one! It is an unbeateable place to call home.

Great, great people! Especially Michele, Gary, and Terri-they always know your name when you walk in, it's very personal! Great resident activities too (Casino nights, movie nights, etc.)-lots of fun! Stellar school district also, very important for us!

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so amazing and friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure you're happy! Have met so many of my neighbors and have just enjoyed the entire experience here! Shout out to Sarah, Gary and Michelle ( I know I'm forgetting people sorry) who make going to the office for what ever reason enjoyable! And the maintenance guys are awesome too, making sure the job is done quickly and properly! This is the best place I've ever lived, and I'm so glad I can call this place home.

From the moment we walked into the lex office we felt such a warm "welcome" from All the wonderful staff. They have been so caring, personable and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Great maintenance crew! Always timely and more than helpful. We will be making this our home for a long time to come!

Sarah Cash and her entire staff provide the highest quality of up-scale apartment living in the heart of Alpharetta. The Lex combines great location, all the modern up-grades which include hardwoods and granite countertops and offers fantastic amenities that spoil. My children and I moved to Alpharetta last summer. We looked at many options but decided to go with an apartment while acclimating to the area. After visiting many locations, we decided on The Lex! Our first impression was great and lasted throughout the move in process. We love the office staff - Sarah is the bomb and who I communicate with most as she helped us throughout the lease signing process)! Of course, Gary, Michele, and Terri are also great to deal with when anything has come up. The staff is responsive, helpful, and fun!

Our apartment is on the top floor and very. quiet. We've seen a few neighbors leave and new ones come in but always seems to be great people.

The landscape is taken well care, maintenance quick to respond if ever needed, and the buildings for the most part in decent shape. Recent upgrades have helped as I believe the grounds and buildings have been here for years!

What ever the reasons may be to live in an apartment complex vs a house, it will be a good choice if you choose The Lex!

I toured on an emergency situation. The staff was very friendly. Sarah and Gary were extremely helpful. They greeted me at the door as I walked in. On the ride to the unit, I noticed that the grounds were kept very clean, and the outside was overall pretty quiet. The units were very nice (they seemed to be updated/modernized nicely). Nice hardwoods and granite counters. I ended up finding a house in Roswell (closer to work), but because of the care of my situation with the staff, The Lex will be my first choice for apartment living if ever needed! I will send anyone I know that is looking their way for a tour!

My home for almost two years and now I have to leave the state for a new job and I'm so sad. For being new to Georgia the Lex team was and is just amazing and so understanding! Sarah, Gary, Michele, and Terri you guys make amazing team. Apartments are newly renovated and super spacious and the maintence of the complex is the best and I've rented for 12 years all over the US. Truly a gem of place in Alpharetta and the Locations is PERFECT!! Highly recommend this community!
