Description

The Legacy Senior Communities is a Jewish-sponsored, not-for-profit 501(C)(3) charitable organization, the parent of The Legacy Willow Bend, a premiere Life Care community in Plano, The Legacy at Home, a home health care agency, The Legacy Midtown Park, a rental continuing care retirement community (coming 2019), and The Legacy Senior Communities Foundation. Our mission is to serve seniors and their families through a continuum of care that includes high-quality healthcare, wellness and choice. We have built a reputation for dedication, innovation and commitment by providing emotional, spiritual and physical care and services that meet and exceed seniors’ housing and healthcare needs.

The Legacy Senior Communities has been a nationally-recognized leader in the field of aging for decades. In 1953, with Dallas Home for Jewish Aged on the Golden Acres campus in East Dallas, one of the highest-rated and most innovative communities of its time, we established a solid foundation of caring for Jewish seniors and their families. More than 60 years later, we continue to make it our responsibility to provide the best care possible and have evolved to serve Greater Dallas seniors – Jewish, as well as all other faiths – by offering a full continuum of care and a vibrant lifestyle, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and in-home heath care.

Our unique communities and home health services provide seniors and their families’ greater freedom and independence, spiritual and physical wellness, and an improved quality of life.

Whether in our well-appointed, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement communities, or while receiving superior care at home, our combination of tradition and innovation is something seniors and their families see and feel every day.
