The Law Office of Chad Knott, LLC was very professional and made our closing experience superb. We arrived 5 minutes early and the paperwork was ready and waiting for us. The entire process only took 10 minutes and Chad Knott thoroughly explained what every page was before we signed it.

Everyone in their office was friendly and helpful. The closing process was very efficient, yet questions were still welcome and explained well! They are also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and are most helpful with providing good local merchants. I would recommend Chad Knott to anyone looking for a closing attorney.

Chad did two closings for me on Friday. I had very good experiences with both. He took care of everything. I had no stress in dealing with selling or buying my homes. I appreciate all that he did, and the distance the he had to travel to help me. I will be recommending him, to other people, and will be using his services again.

Everything was fine for the closing itself. However 5 minutes before closing I am approached by the assistant or secretary telling me that they had not received the wire transfer.
My response was "Why am I just hearing about this now? 5 minutes before closing? Why did someone not call me this morning and say this?" It added A LOT of stress to my experience. Had someone called earlier in the morning to say "Hey.. just to let you know" I could have made the appropriate calls to resolve the situation. 5 minutes prior??? It's a bit late in my opinion.

What a great experience working with Chad Knott, Attorney at Law in Cleveland, Georgia. My wife and I needed to do a Real Estate transaction in Cleveland, however live out of state. We had no idea who to call but we googled Attorneys in the area and picked Chad Knott out of the others and we are so glad we did. From our first conversation with Chad we knew we were in good hands for this real estate transaction. Chad was prompt when returning calls and emails and he made the transaction process painless. We would recommend Chad and his agency 100%.
