  Fantastic experience again with the folks at Katy Plumbing. We had a draining issue with our kitchen sink. Luke came and assessed the situation, walked us through what needed to be done and professionally executed everything with particular attention to cleaning up. There might be cheaper companies out there but I’ll pay for trust, highly skilled and professional all day everyday.

  First time using their services, and Troy the sweet, friendly helpful technician came on time. He took the time to explains throughly what needs to be done. He gave us a quote and finished the job very good, clean up after himself. I highly recommend The Katy Plumbing Company.

  I was very impressed with Katy plumbing. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Ryan an excellent technician with years of experience came out on a hot holiday weekend to help diagnose what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. He got us a temporary fix to help cool off the house within 24 hours while Katy plumbing worked on ordering our parts under warranty. They figured all the warranty issues for us and within a week had our parts and got our system fully running. They have convenient payment options and do not ask for money until repairs are completed. Ryan the technician explained what was wrong so we could easily understand and showed us the issues. I am very happy with our service from Katy Plumbing. The photo below shows the coil that needed replaced.

  I contacted The Katy Plumbing Company online Wednesday, they called me Thursday to set up an appointment and came by Friday! They came recommended through family and did not disappoint. Jerry - Gerardo Enriquez and Esteban were wonderful! They showed up on time when they said they would which was amazing! They worked fast and were so helpful and informative! I LOVED the text message with photo and bio showing who to expect at my door. Highly recommended!

  Worst decision we ever made was to choose this establishment. They supposedly cleared the clog and scheduled us to replace a pipe outside but informed us we could use the water in the meantime. Took a shower and the water backed sewer into 3 rooms causing thousands in damage and emergency cleanup. Manager was unapologetic and sided with the repair tech. They had also paired us with the emergency cleaners who charged us twice for both occurrences. The second time would never have happened had we not been told to use the water. They also left the pipe in our front yard too high off the ground and it looks substandard and not in compliance with our HOA. Spoke to another plumbing company and they stated we were overcharged for the work done. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the BBB about this company. Take heed, we learned a hard lesson. Customer service means nothing to this company.
