I walked in and asked for help identifying an old pendant. Michael was super friendly and did everything he could to help me. He even took extra time to do some internet research for me. I will be returning for future jewelry needs.

Michael is a complete fraud. I pre-paid $1000 for a custom designed jewlry. Nothing was ever delivered. All attempts to get a refund failed.
He's a thief low-life degenerate.
