Worst experience with a Jeweler I've ever had. I went in to ask if they did cleaning services on rings, a Titanium ring in my case. There were very young girls working there, and they took my ring to the back room to ask.
A man came out (I assume this was Robert Reeves), and treated me very discourteously. As I asked questions he continued to question my intelligence, calling me "stupid", told me that he had never cleaned or polished Titanium before, and made jokes about damaging my ring while attempting to clean it for me for free.
Side notes: several times he verbally sexually abused his employees, (several young girls, looked about ages 14-18), and referred to them as his wives. He made several jokes and asked me questions about polygamist compound camps in Utah, and several times "ordered" these young girls that worked for him come out and stand in line. They did so. He made several sexually explicit jokes and stated which girl was his favorite.
Unprofessional, Dishonest, Rude, Perverted, and Inconsistent behavior told me that this man could not be trusted with any type of Jewelry, or business in general, whatsoever.report this review -
