I regularly use Hotel Pharmacy as I like to support local businesses when I can. The staff are very efficient, informative, and friendly, even when they're super busy! A wonderful feature about Hotel Pharmacy is that they can deliver your medications right to your door if you're unable to pick them up!

Hotel Pharmacy is truly One of a Kind.
Almost every single person that works there has been kind, patient, and courteous to me over the last few years, which is a far cry from the treatment that I received from my previous chain store pharmacy.

It takes forever to get your prescriptions filled. My doctor always sends in my prescriptions before I leave the doctor's office. Usually when I go right to Hotel Pharmacy after the doctor's I have to wait there for an hour. So this time I decided to go home and rest. I called Hotel Pharmacy 2 HOURS after my doctor sent in my prescription and they told me it STILL wasn't ready and to give it another 20 minutes. I gave them ANOTHER HOUR after I got off the phone and when I got there it STILL wasn't ready! 3 hours after my doctor sent it in! 40 minutes later than when they said it would be ready. When I'm sick I don't want to be waiting around all day for my medicine. I want to get it right after seeing my doctor and then go home and rest. If this doesn't change I am going to have to switch pharmacists.
