I will leave it for 0 if there is an option. WONT NEVER COME BACK FOR ANYTHING AT THIS HOME DEPOT. I bought a Samsung fridge not long ago, since then the door does not operate smoothly. I called home depot, they told me to ask Samsung. While Samsung said it was the installation issue, I need go back to home depot. This is where home depot is playing this is not our fault trick, no one takes care of it. REALLY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

Worst Customer Service Ever-cannot get a call back for 3 weeks to inquire about an installation date for a sliding glass door that was purchased and paid in full over a month ago. We have called 3 times only to be transferred over and over and guaranteed a call back.....wonder when that will be?? Apparently never. Finally my husband sent a complaint via email to the person who scheduled our measure and was told (with no apology) that we could schedule our install at the end of May - more 2 months after we ordered and paid for the door! Ridiculous. Home Depot needs to fire this contracted installation company and do more to see that who they are working with actually finishes the job. We want to cancel and have our money refunded and go where a paying customer is treated how they should be. The right thing for Home Depot to do is get this door installed ASAP at no charge to us. Ridiculous.

I like this Home Depot location. It has a nice layout and when it isn't crazy garden time a large parking lot. Staff are pretty average.

They fail to stock tankless water heaters in the locations they're marked for, requiring interacting with one of their unenthusiastic employees. The one who 'helped' us today made sure to talk down to me like I'm a child *and* insinuate I wanted to steal the unit. Wouldn't stop hard selling an installation package that was easily $1,000 more than any estimate I found online. Cashiers are required to hard sell a credit card with every interaction too which creates a very awkward interaction. Go elsewhere.

Very rude way to communicate with the customers. Mister Jeremy Hood, who pretends to be the Customer Service Manager (at least he told me so) rolled over the eyes, told me about 3 times "as I said" and "the gentleman behind you might need customer service as well".
I placed an order over $5000 and I was told might come in a few shipments. At the Customer Office desk I was trying to find out which days are supposed to arrive the shipments. With simply no result...

Been to this store a few times in the last 1 year and had a good CX almost always. Today was one such time when i went looking for Grub and weed killers for lawns. I found someone to help assist me with my options and find me the best fit for what I was looking for. I purchased almost all my home appliances from this store as well in the past and had a very positive experience doing so as well. Love this store overall.

Store is often out of stock on fairly regular items and the staff are hard to find, but that has become the norm for Home Depot. If you are a self-starter and use the app or website to locate your item and its isle, you can get in and out of this location with minimal delay.

Garage door Installation: Visited the store and found no one was available to take the order and have an installation appointment setup.

Went back again and had to face the same thing also left my name and number, waited for couple of days no one called.

Third time I was cautious, I called before going to the store and the customer service told me to come to store for selecting garage door opener anddddd no one was there. I went to customer service what happened, they said the person just left. I left my contact info again still no luck. It has been 20 + days, no response.

Over the top service. Sam in the appliance department went way above the call on service. I was buying a dryer a d needed to rent a truck to haul it. It took linger to retrieve the dryer and Sam made it a point to talk to the rental department and got my time restarted after I got my dryer loaded. Thank you Sam it was great to meet and talk with you.

Bad customer service almost every time I've shopped here over the past 4 years, some exceptions at checkout; seems floor staff is always trying to ignore customers; for items packed in boxes I always end up having to dig to find one that isn't damaged. I shop here only when I can't find exactly what I need elsewhere and can't wait for delivery.

Depending on who is helping you find what you need, you MIGHT get lucky and find what you want.
    What
The checkers don't know a bolt from a board, and there are never enough of them.

Minivans picking up flowers are always parked in the contractor parking, and the trailer only parking leaving contractors screwed.

Home depot is getting pretty much useless.
I miss Mom and Pop brick and mortar real hardware stores.

One of the most lackluster, bored, staff members I've ever run into at Home Depot. He did JUST his job (cut my board) but had no interest in helping me find a better cart for the board, and offered no further help than just cutting it. I've always been spoiled with help in the past. But had older employee assisting me in the past.

I tried to get help replacing an expensive LED light bulb which burned out way before the warranty expired, and to get help replacing two skylights that have lost their seals so are no longer clear. Warranties are still in force. In both instances, I was told to contact the manufacturer, which is a huge disappointment and will become a time-consuming process.
I have decided I will share my story with others and not shop at Home Depot again, ever.

You can never find an associate when you have a question, and if you do find one they say that they dont work in that department. Sorry how am supposed to know in what department you work in you all look the same with the orange aprons. Mclendons in Woodinvile is so much better.

So it is the start of summer, time for a new bed for my dog.( the old one was torn up, so we are making a wooden one.) We were going to get black paint for my dog's bed. But the person who we asked if the paint would work on wood, he treated us so poorly, he talked like we were idiots. And we only asked on question; " would this paint work on finished wood", Unbelievable. Most of the employees are so nice but this one , I can't even.

Don't go here if you want good answered questions, also people that will actually tell you about paint. ( the person at this home depot did not). I suggest going to Mclendon complete hardware in Woodinville. ( they have great service, and better prices).

When I came to Home Depot on a hot day with my 4 kids, I was greeted by a friendly associate. He offered cold water bottles to all my kids! Then the person who helped us in electrical didn't get flustered when I couldn't articulate the exact piece I needed. So he spoke on the phone with my father-in-law and got me the right part. Thanks you, Home Depot for a kind and helpful experience.

I bought a dishwasher and a stove in March. I told the sales person that I needed to arrange the re-routing of a gas line before the stove could be installed. He said they could schedule the installation of the new appliances and removal of the old appliances separately. "Just call and set it up."
the deliver of both took place on the same day. The dishwasher installers were friendly, professional and FAST! They removed and took the old dishwasher.
When I called to schedule the installation of the new stove, I was informed that "a removal of an appliance requires a separate charge and there is noting on your order that says anything about the stove installation. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Now, because the sales person did not listen to what I said, I am stuck with an old stove, which I have to move out myself and get rid of, and must ask the gas pipe rerouting contractor if he would be able to hook the new stove up.
These people are WAXED, not going back.
