  Everyone tries to avoid eye contact and some seem bothered that you even spoke to them... I had to get the bags of mulch and cactus soil xchanged prior to buying the bags... I had picked up two bags that were torn so I suggested I would go back n get it done.. The cashier almost said yes lol then the other helper girl came by and hesitated to do what was asked. She took a good 10-15 mins in getting the bags for which I had paid for at this point. Regardless ive had better service at Alhambra vs Commerce.

  Not my favorite. Employee's are busy talking to each other and barely notice you standing there till you say excuse me can I get some help. Other than that well stocked and plenty of choices.

  I just went in to get a small pipe fitting for the bathroom sink and the very helpful older (and wiser) employee directed me to a metal assembly instead of the cheap plastic one it had before and of course the putty as a gasket sealer.

  Absolutely the most disorganized and unhelpful management and staff. If you're a contractor and the jobs on the line, expect nothing but disappointment from this store. Spend the extra time and drive further, to a yard that appriciates their customers and contractors. Pathetic!!!

  Self check out cashiers and managers are rude. They stereotype people and invade your space. When questioned they give witty responses. Do not shop here

  I ended up finding what I needed on my own with the app. Most employees that I asked had no idea what I was talking about. They need to study up on the merchandise

  Good responsible people here.
  An online order came in without a tracking number and they promptly looked it up physically and they found it!
  I did have to wait a good while but they offered some popcorn while waited. They also gave me a discount since the package was late 3 weeks too.

  They sell great things, however their customer service needs improvement. It is easier to find assistance from a customer rather than the employees. It's sad to know the store is known for people who aren't willing to help.

  They carry all the big major brands for tools unlike Lowes.
  
  Typical of Home Depot the service is not the best you have to really keep asking to get service but some employees are very helpful .
  
  The store is located in a very busy intersection but there is plenty of parking and the stores visible from the street.
  
  They have an entire little building dedicated to rental tools not sure of the hours .
  
  Restrooms are clean. There is a catering truck outside which actually smells pretty good .

  So i normally go to lowes to get my stuff but i decided to give a try at home depot in commerce last friday nice JORGE at the doors area helped me out w/ a backyard door, he was polite and he answered most of the questions my wife and i had, great costumer service , he walked me thrugh the whole store really nice store.

  I've never had a problem at this Home Depot. They are busy but the employees are always willing to help you find something. I've never waited more than a few minutes in line at the register.

  Very unprofessional store, customer service is very bad, first I asked assistance for where reducers are and one person didn't know. Then I asked another associate but she said she was in break, shed send a supervisor for me but the supervisor went to the front desk and asked for a manager instead. They requested a manager and she would be here in 4 min but it's been 10 min and she isn't here. Then they said she was busy doing something else and could t help us at the moment. Do not come here.
  
  Update: so after the manager, Belinda, was called, we finally received the help we needed from a supervisor, Frankie. He helped us get some door sweeps and he only took five minutes directing us to where it was at and explaining which ones were better for us. Why is it that it took 45 min for help on a problem that could be been solved in less that 10 min? If only the service was good the first time around instead of having to go through so much trouble of getting a damn manager.
