  Well i know that every time i go buy something if i need help i get it .!! The last time I bought 500.00 worth of wood for my back porch they help me with everything and it was all right..and returned what i didn't need or used no problem😃!!

  Customer service is a joke here!
  
  I went to the store, asked an associate if they sell humidifiers, the associate tells me where they are located. I go to the location and of course they aren't there. I then flag down another associate and ask him, he walks me to the same location and says "that's where they used to be", he then tells me he doesn't know where they were moved to. He tells me that I can just order it online, I tell him I needed it now, he just looked at me. I told him I guess I'll just have to go somewhere else to buy it, he says okay and walks away, seriously?? I then try one last time as I really didn't want to go anywhere else. I,approached two other associates that were talking to each other catching up on the store gossip, they couldn't be bothered, lol. If I would ever treat a customer like that or send a sale to a competitor I would be fired with a quickness. Way to go on your customer service Home Depot, what a great business plan. Unfortunately this happens all the time here. Unfortunately the company I work for has an account here and I have to frequent the store multiple times a week. Maybe I can convince them to move their account to Lowes, they seem to be hungry for business. Just pathetic!

  Service was good, it took less than 5 minutes to get help. They got me what I need and helped get it to the cashier. Loading was an issue, Home Depot was good, the pro customers suck, they had everything blocked and no drivers with their vehicles.

  A guy named Chuck who is a plumbing supervisor helped me find everything that I was looking for and helped me load a barbecue that I bought along with one of his coworkers and I had the best visit to Home Depot that I think I have ever had. I would recommend that anyone visit the Home Depot at 75th Avenue and McDowell Road. Thanks Chuck

  I would like to acknowledge Crystal and Karen in the paint department. They were very helpful and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. It has been a very long time since we have received that good of customer care at a store. Thank you!

  Did a quick visit to get a plumbing repair part around 130 pm. Was able to navigate to the aisle I needed get to part and pay with minimal inconvenience.
