  I love this store. I always find everything I need for my home. Everything is well organized. The employees are very attentive to provide you with good service, especially Jonathan from the flooring department. I personally like the way he works. Very professional, efficient and always with a smile on his face that makes you feel comfortable. All the suggestions and recommendations he gives always give me good results.You find everything you need, excellent service and very good suggestions. I definitely highly recommend this Home Depot store.

  Mike in electrical was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I love the old school music playing in his aisle. He made my experience very pleasant, I would not hesitate to get his advice!!

  Jonathan in the flooring dept was very helpful and fun, let me tell you this is a first in my many visits to this location. I usually have to find an associate for help and when I do I'm told this is not my dept or when they see you approaching they turn around and disappear. Jonathan your great attitude for work will take you far....wish you the best..

  As a contractor, I visit many diff home improvement stores. This is one of the worst ones. The shelves are never stocked and are very disorganized, the staff appears to be for some reason all Jamaican, which is odd. They're very slow to assist and not knowledgeable by any means. There's never an adequate number of cashiers and the prodesk blasts loud music at times. It's a very unprofessional environment. I hope the management does a better job improving this store.

  It has most everything you need, like the other locations. But the staffing situation is not good at all here on Gun Hill Rd. If you find an employee in the department where you are shopping you should go play Lotto IMMEDIATELY because you, my friend, have just seen a unicorn! Wander the aisles if you want, but any employee you meet will tell you that the area you are asking about is not their section. Then they will call someone for you. Someone who will never come. Winter will come to The North sooner than a Home Depot employee who knows the section you are shopping in.
  
  So do your own homework. Be patient in scanning all the items available on your own. And hold on to your receipt in case you have the wrong thing. If you must, go stand on the bread line with all the others at the customer service desk. You might be able to get an answer there. Hopefully it will be before the White Walkers appear.
