Great selection, feels better to shop local than at big box stores. Great for renting equipment too!

Pricing is adequate, while customer service is outstanding. No matter what level of expertise you are with being handy, these folks know how to make a person feel welcome. They are knowledgeable, and base many of their answers on anecdotal experiences. Make sure to meet the parrot they have there!

The store has just about everything you need. The staff is always asking if you need help finding stuff. However, they assume you've been there before and that you know the routine on how to purchase items, especially items that require you to drive to their back lot. So If you are new to the area, and have not visited their store, tell them you are new and don't be shy about asking them questions. If you buy something that requires you to drive around back, and if you don't know that is ask. They will not tell you where to pick up items unless you ask. So make sure you let them know you're a first time visitor and need directions to the back lot.
