  My girlfriend treated me to a couples massage at Haven. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Greg and Gail. We were treated to a luxurious foot soak, coupled with champagne and fresh strawberries. We were able to revel in the tranquility and look over the aromatherapy menu before our treatments. We then embarked on our 60 minute voyage to tendertown. Gail rubbed me down from head to toe and lulled me right to sleep. My girlfriend carries a lot of stress in her shoulders and requires a deep tissue massage. Greg proceeded to push his thumbs into her soul. To say we left relaxed and loose would be like saying I usually leave the beach with a little sunburn.10/10, we will be back again!

  Starting seeing Christine for massages a number of years ago, and after some time away I am back. I have had many massages by different therapists and can honestly say she is one of the best. She is an ideal masseuse for someone with trouble spots who can handle a firm massage. I recommended a friend who scheduled a massage with Gail and he said she was awesome. Haven Spa might be tucked away but it should be a destination if you are looking for great body work.

  Amazing experience - one of the best facials I have ever had! Nice ambiance, friendly, professional staff who cater to your health and beauty needs. I highly recommend The Haven Spa and look forward to my next appointment!

  Went in for 90 minutes with hot stones and it was relaxing and awesome. Definitely recommend the hot stones. Best deep tissue massage ever.

  I seen Gail for my massage therapist, she really focused on my upper back and neck, worked deep and listened to my body. She spent most of the time on my back since it was my area of concern and i cant believe the relief i felt when i left. She worked deep enough to give me relief which is hard to find a good deep tissue massage. She also gave me my full 90 minutes, which i have found is also hard to find in nearby spas. I already booked my next appt. and will definitely be back.

  The massage I received was nice. More a "relaxation" massage than one that actually worked on any sore areas. I had my first facial here and it was also very pleasant.
  
  My mani/pedi, however, werenot at all good. The woman was very nice but just didn't do a good job. It doesn't really look like I got a mani/pedi, it looks like I did it at home, except I would've done a better job. Her color selection was minimal (I considered getting a shellac polish but there were literally 3 colors), her hand/foot massage were both weak. The massage chair pretty much just vibrated. I paid for the "spa delux" for both mani and pedi and it wasn't at all worth the money. I bought everything as part of a package and it all felt very disjointed. I received my massage and facial first and the manicurist was also the receptionist so it's not like she didn't know I was coming. She also put the parafin wax too hot so had to do the dip after she painted my nails which was weird.
  
  And the woman who did mani/pedi just looked veryunkept. Her clothes looked dirty, her hair looked dirty, she had dandruff everywhere. I probably wouldn't have even cared if her services were good but everything about the experience screamed "unprofessional".

  I actually went to the Haven based on google reviews and wanted to return the favor. It was really great. Greg was my massage therapist and he was very skilled, professional, and friendly. I haven't had a decent massage in a long time and really needed it so I asked for deep tissue work. Without having much previous frame of reference, all I can say is that I think he did it perfectly. Hard enough to help with some terrible muscle knots I have, but not so hard that I was in pain. I will definitely go there again!
