I literally just left the restaurant about an hour ago and as I was leaving myself and another customer who was sitting with her mother noticed a mouse in the window seal on the outside. It was just sitting there but got startled and jumped down. When I went to open the door it was hiding behind the flower pot but then crawled up and jumped inside the flower pot. The burger and fries were so good until I seen the mouse. Yall should probably look into hiring an exterminator. This wasn't a good look and it made me sick to my stomach. Not a happy camper right now!

Used to be better. New manager acts too bossy. Chicken is grisly. Burgers are still great but green beans are undercooked.

Service was quick and friendly and the food was very good. Seemed like a rubies but for burgers of all kinds. I got the Santa fe Cobb and tempura green beans and I could not have been more pleased. I will definitely return and suggest this place to others.

Well trained staff - greet and took order efficiently. Burgers didn't take long - but not that busy either. Burgers were good. Fries good too.

This time I got to meet the manager. We got there a little bit early and he actually held the door for us and took our order. Awesome customer service. Not to mention the burgers here are top notch. There's also something for someone that might be vegan or not eating beef. Lots of delicious signs as well. This place definitely has enough seating for lunch time. It's my father-in-law's favorite burger place in the area.

Wasn't impressed at all by there burgers or fries. Small dine in area. We had to wait several minutes for people to leave so we can sit. Went back and ordered icecream. Standed there for 15 mintutes while the people behind me were already receiving their food. An employee laughed and said "oh I'm sorry, I forgot about that" The burgers taste like cafeteria burgers.

Good burgers, excellent onion rings, great salads, tasty shakes/malts. Prices are reasonable. Santa Barbara Char Burger is very good and so is the Santa Barbara Cobb.

I have yet to have a bad experience. Staff is young but never rude or unpleasant. The food is always fresh and for just a cheeseburger it's pretty good. I like the chicken burgers. The strawberry limeade is great. The onion rings are amazing. My favorite from a 'fast food' place.
