Ordered the tasty kidney bean and corn veggie burger. It arrived in 20 minutes and came with delightfully thin house-made potato chips, sprinkled with a bit of salt and sugar. Nice atmosphere at lunch time. Restroom needed a bit of help (minus a star), but the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the food arrived quickly. Good experience overall.

One of the better place to eat in the area. Good food and pleasant staff. Higher end restaurant. The only thing keeping it from 5 Stars is consistency. We have had occasions where the service took approximately 45 minutes, even when we were the first group to arrive. Overall good food.

Love this place, many options to choose from. My favourite appetizer is the spinach with homemade chips. I would really like to go here for dinner sometime because the menu is extensive, but I have only been during lunch time. Luckily they do have a paper lunch menu with the daily specials.

The best local restaurant in Waynesboro. The menu is great and most of it has a new Orleans flavor to it. Have a lot of options you can't get anywhere else such as alligator, duck etc. Great friendly wait staff and excellent drink selection from the bar with local brewery and distillery options.

This is our favorite place to eat in Waynesboro. Recommend everything on the menu. Personal favorites are the lasagna, coconut curry and beet salad. Husband likes the steak and fried fish specials. Service is outstanding and friendly. Reservations are a good idea on Friday and Saturday nights.

I love the Green Leaf Grill! My husband and I enjoy going there when we get a night out. I especially enjoy the shrimp hush puppies as an appetizer and highly recommend the fish tacos. They always have great specials to try, as well.

Been here often and always find reliably good food and service. My wife had the Asian Salad with chicken, again, and continues to enjoy the lively flavors. My son and I split a cheese burger and fries which was tasty. They have big cups of good coffee as well as kombucha here too. Moderately priced.

Dining experience and atmosphere was decent. Which is where the 2 stars come from.
Salad was molded, tomatoes were molded. Pre cut steak with buttery garlic sauce was cold. Literally our steak tasted old, like someone dethawed it three days earlier and the sauce would make you want to vomit. They cooked me another steak medium well that had a brown gravy sauce poured over the top of it and it was warm, but the texture and flavor of the meat was old like it had been sitting out for days.

Just finished a delicious dinner at The Green Leaf. We were in town for a weekend get-a-way and found the reviews too good to pass up! Atmosphere and food fantastic and the best part was our waitress, Kara!! What a sweetheart and so attentive! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent service, and amazing food. Reservations are recommended as it gets quite busy during peak hours. It can also get pretty noisy when it is packed. In addition to the great food you expect, they also have an impressive amount of vegetarian and gluten-free choices.

This place is a GEM! We are from out of town and looking to try something special while we were in Waynesboro. The Green Leaf was
the perfect pick. Their menu was reasonably priced plus diverse, our waiter Patrick was Awesome (very friendly & super @ his job), and when the food came out it was Wonderful. We didn't have to wait in line but noticed the line kept getting longer just before we left; if it were me, its worth the wait. Wish we lived closer, it'd be a Favorite spot. And if we are
ever back this way we will be sure to stop in.

Very nice atmosphere, food was good with the exception of the fish and chips. The fish was over cooked. Will be going back!

Not very nice to family members who have children you get that vibe from the staff. More geared towards adults. Good food though

If you're looking for great food that's always prepared with great care, look no further. Food is well seasoned and the service is quite fine. The menu is plentiful and you should find something for everyone in the family. In fact, we did see people of all ages, many of whom were visiting from out of town. It's a simple setup but tasteful with art hanging from the walls. It's somewhat small, so you may have a wait on weekends of up to 30 mins.

Let me begin by saying the customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. To many, this is all that is necessary for a satisfying experience. However, in my case, the food was mediocre. The mushroom Swiss burger I received was almost tasteless and the "house made chips" tasted like they were accidentally burned (there are large salt and pepper shakers on the tables for a reason). I cannot speak for other items on the menu but if you're looking for a decent burger, try tailgate grill nearby. I imagine vegetarian food may be their specialty. If that is what you are after then don't be discouraged by this review.
