There was almost no customers, but plenty of help standing around.

My waitress brought me a pot of coffeeit had spatters all over it. She didn't even pour it for me. So I didturns out it didn't even have a full cup in it.

Ordered breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cold and had the semi-crusted appearance as if they had been sitting for some time.

I would have complained, if I ever saw my waitress after she dropped off the food.

In short, it was gross. Too bad, I've gone to the Oro Valley location in the past with good experience.

I've been eating at this location for the last four years. I think they got bought out or changed leadership ( not sure). The atmosphere/decor is pretty over the top and in your face now. Apparently they are trying to make biscuits and gravy a little healthier by using this new watered down turkey sausage gravy and it's pretty disgusting.

I'll be trying out some new breakfast joints for now on.

This is our go-to place for breakfast when we are in the Williams Blvd area. Our favorite dish is the avocado toast with basted eggs. Our least favorite is anything with potatoes -- not their star side disk, in our opinion. Oatmeal -- advertised as McCanns Irish steel cut -- is a bit gluey. Service is mostly good, although sometimes distracted. I am also a fan of the juice -- Kale Tonic or Day Glow (orange/carrot/ginger/lemon). I have not tried any of the lunch dishes. Closes at 2:30 pm. Crowded, with wait times on weekends; accessible with immediate seating most weekdays. Well lit, clean. Decent coffee. Recently the Good Egg has joined forces with First Watch, a growing, multi-state, chain of breakfast/brunch/lunch shops.

Visited this location for Breakfast. Evidently the chain has been purchased by a Florida company, and they are changing the "concept" of this Arizona classic. Design of the space went from homey comfort to cold modernism of some type. The biggest mistake are the plates. What a joke. I would recommend any of Tucson's great breakfast/lunch diners over this now "cold" concept. What a way to ruin a great local chain.
