  Worst experience ever. Agent said (and wrote) many times he would take care of issue that was and error on his part. It has been 6 months and he still has done nothing. The insurance company has sent me a certified letter to cancel my policy that I paid in full for. The insurance company tells me I have to go through my agent but my agent says he's taking care of it when he's not. This is a HUGE liability!
  Update:
  I received a call from The Garzella Group on 8-17-23 stating that he would be following up with agent (David) and would get back to me on Monday 8-21-23 to resolve issue. That never happened! Guess the whole The Garzella Group is unethical and corrupt.
  Our insurance is going to be terminated on August 30th when the bill was paid in full until 10-10-23.
  Fair warning that they talk the talk to get your business, but after you sign and pay they want nothing to do with you!

  During a week where the new car glow was overshadowed by stresses on the school and work front outside of my control and duties as a care taker were undoubtedly taking their toll, Jacob delivered exceptional service and my new auto policy within 36 hours. Jacob was able to provide a quote which included the level of comprehensive coverage I need below the desired price I communicated! His knowledge, professionalism, and timely follow-up enabled me to be fully covered before any lapses could occur. His care and service truly were the highlight of an otherwise trying week. I would recommend any member of my family to look no further for a producer who is well-equipped to take care of whatever needs they may present. Thank you, Jacob!

  The Garzella group is awesome. The people working for them and their constant want to help someone out.
  Jacob Gulley did a fantastic job bundling my auto and home insurance. I truly was at my wits end. I spoke to Jacob for a solid 15 mins and he had hooked me up with an awesome bundled package.

  Agent Jacob gave incorrect information to an auto policy agency and my coverage was revoked. Made this information very clear and was not answered when I questioned what happened, hate to do it but could not recommend this group. Ended up finding a cheaper alternative insurance on my own.

  OMG! Emma Smith is the best! She is so kind, patient and professional.
  I had a ton of questions, and she had a ton of answers. I am extremely pleased with how thorough she was ensuring that I received the right amount of Home and Auto coverage.
  Not only do I have the right amount of coverages, but I have savings that I didn't even know were available to me.
  Kudos to Emma! She definitely went above and beyond for me.
  The Garzella Group has an All-Star in Emma!
