  100% the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I worked retail for years as a manager and this was terrible customer service 101. John was rude when I called with an issue (after taking days to return the call at all) and then insisted that I a- didn’t know what I’d ordered, b-probably couldn’t tell the difference anyhow, and c-yelled at me and hung up the phone. After weeks of trying to fix it nothing was done until my husband called alerting him that we were insisting he fix it or we were going to pull credit card payment and sue. Magically everything was fixable two hours later. 🙄 when we finally went to pick up the missing pieces he was still rude about it and even then they weren’t really complete. I took them just to finally be done with them forever and ever. Buy furniture from one of the any other Amish brokers in Michigan.

  Outstanding Amish furniture. We've had some custom made furniture through here and it was really good with excellent craftsmanship that is difficult to find on mass produced furniture. I do a lot of woodworking and really appreciate the extra steps taken to make and assemble the furniture we bought.

  Worst furniture purchase ever. I made the mistake of ordering furniture described by the owner only to receive something completely different and almost unusable. The owner refused to let me return the furniture and wouldn't even make an effort to contact the manufacturer. Instead of being helpful he told me to "take him to court" which was the only way to get my money back if I did. i have lived in Almont most of life and would recommend buying from Yale or in the city. I would never recommend someone to buy furniture from this place.

  The owners are by far some of the best people there are! Very friendly. I have a beautiful electric recliner from them and had needed a new cable for the charger as the original was lost in a recent move. With many different styles of furniture they have, they had what I needed in stock and for a reasonable price. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone in the market for new high quality durable and beautiful furniture.

  Bought furniture from them over 11 years ago, came back and was more than impressed again. Spent a lot of time showing my wife and i all the options and when we decided, John was able to make a very fair deal. John and his wife are extremely nice people, our kids loved them and the furniture is very high quality and value priced. Would highly recommend to anyone.
