The First Tee of Greater New Orleans

The First Tee of New Orleans received an official designation as a Chapter in December 2003 through the efforts of a private-public partnership of golf enthusiasts, non-profit organizations and the City of New Orleans. The Chapter is now an independent, non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors under the umbrella of The First Tee, which is a nationwide initiative of the World Golf Foundation. Each Chapter operates with relative autonomy within The First Tee Network and is responsible for raising funds to cover capital and operating expenses.
