  We had a wonderful time! We booked the day of with no problem and were partnered with another couple for the challenge. We did the Playground Escape Room and it was cute and fun. Hannah, was our escape room guide. She was super nice and helpful.
  
  The puzzles were well thought out but still fun. It was a good way to spend an hour inside but be active! We will come and do another room on our next visit to NYC!!

  It was our first time playing the escape game. We booked the Special Ops and enjoyed it so much. Jazz was our guide. She is incredible! We absolutely loved her energy! She helped us with a lot of clues and made our experience a real fun. We did well in the market that was the first room, but the second room was a little challenging, so we ran out of time to escape. We highly recommend to come here and try their games. Can't wait to visit again!

  Very fun experience! We went as a team of 5 and completed the Special Ops escape room. Was surprisingly challenging but very engaging and fun. They were generous and added on a few extra minutes to our time here and there since we were so close to finishing it. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a refund for a ticket we bought for a friend who didn’t show up. Will definitely return!

  We had the best time! We ended up doing 3 different ones on a cold day. I highly recommend for adults and kids. The staff are exceptional, from the sweet lady at the front desk to our room guides. Each person was so welcoming and kind. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Excape New York for providing a great experience!!

  Have done several escape rooms in the city, and The Escape Game has two of the best rooms we've ever tried. Gold Rush and The Heist were so fun and had a variety of puzzles that were challenging but logical. Some places give too many unprompted clues, but you have to push a button to get a clue here which is great. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. Rooms ran very smoothly. Our 7 yo loves escape rooms, and he had a great time in both rooms. Highly recommend!
