Danielle Kincaid is a wonderful lawyer. At her prior firm, she listened to our needs and patiently worked with us to establish three family trusts that will ensure that our family's holdings will be protected. Then, at her new firm, she spent a year working through legal red tape to help my parents with a titling issue. On a personal level, I know Danielle works closely with a local dog rescue. We recently relocated to Greene county from another state. Finding legal support for our adult son with special needs was a daunting task. Thankfully, we found Angela Myers at The Elder Law Group.

This office was so nice and easy to work with. After a sudden death, there were many questions and help needed navigating the legal aspect of things. Danielle Kincaid was knowledgeable, she was sensitive to our loss and answered all of our questions. She kept in communication and kept us up to date on the process. She was honest and trustworthy.
