Staff is really helpful. The store is nice too. Many options.
The shoes are much cheaper online but the employees are very helpful in finding the right shoe
Awesome atmosphere with lots to choose from. The level of customer service is amazing! I will be back!
The guy that helped me was cool! Went back and the ladies that helped me were cool!
Boots are great, lady with black long hair is miserable. The other lady was great.
I dropped by here yesterday before my flight, I was just browsing but spoke to Anna about what I was looking for and she suggested two items. She gave me the details for the stores in San Fran and the info on the shoes (which I'm going to pick up today), not at all pushy, just super helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for much more!
I love their boots! Who couldn't live boots from England. They are an investment and since they are made out of leather they take a little maintenance. But worth it!
Great displays, helpful staff, good selection. They were very patient as we tried on numerous variations of the "standard" Doc, looking for the right fit and feel.
The staff is so helpful!! I brought in my daughter in (a very curious and busy 2 year old) to get her a pair of boots. Darsey was just spectacular with her!! So patient and caring!
I LOVEEEEE this store! Everyone is so nice and the shoes are amazingggggg! Its somewhere you'll want to hang out for hours. Music is always poppin, loads of fun events happen here too!
The staff are always very freindly and helpful. Very comfortable and trendy looking shoes.
I love the store and products. They have lots of options to choose from. I went there with my girls to get their first pair of Dr. Martins for a school year. The salesman was very helpful and very nice. It took us a while to choose two pairs, but we finally got it. Then we brought the boxes to the register to get ready to check out, and my girls were very excited to wear them. When I brought the boxes to the register, I thought to myself that I wanted him to look inside just to make sure he would know that I didn't take anything, but he didn't. I felt this way because the whole time while we were trying pairs of shoes on, I had a feeling, like he was constantly watching me, making sure I didn't steal something. After I payed for 2 pairs of shoes and some protective wax, we walked out of the store. But then then the salesman came outside and told me he wanted to check my bags. I let him because I had nothing to hide. He said that they do that to everybody. The point is, he searched my bag on the street right before you enter the store, where I really felt uncomfortable because it was out in public. It would've been more professional if he had done that right when I brought the boxes to the register.
