  We recently sold our home and moved out of state, The Donaldson Law Firm was recommended by a friend and we are thrilled to have taken that recommendation.
  The firm was on top of everything and kept us updated all along the way. Communication was clear and made us feel comfortable to leave town and the closing details in their hands. Steve was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

  When my husband and I decided to refinance our home, we had trouble finding representation. The first law firm we contacted had us on the hook for weeks as to whether or not they could represent us. Calls were not returned, even when we followed up. This wasted a lot of time between our application and the deadline of our rate freeze. But the day I called Stephen's office to ask questions, he called me back himself only a few minutes later. I hired him that day.
  
  Once hired, Stephen and his team got immediately to work. We had never refinanced before and had a lot of questions. Stephen answered them promptly and clearly. Despite having a compressed timeline, they were able to get everything done in time for the closing. They were wonderfully organized and clear with us. Stephen explained everything we were signing in terms we could understand. He helped us navigate the exceptional number of forms our bank threw at us. And he was extremely personable and friendly.
  
  So to summarize again, Stephen Donaldson is a wonderful real estate attorney and all around good human. Your case is in good hands with him and his firm.

  Stephen Donaldson was recommended to me by my realtor and it was easy to see why. He is professional and very quick to respond to any questions- none of the waiting around for 2 days for a response, he’s back to you within an hour. Buying a house isn’t always the easiest process to understand, but Stephen made sure we weren’t confused about anything! From defining certain terms to sending links to teach us more about the process, Stephen made this seem like a walk in the park. He even made himself available over a holiday weekend if we needed him before closing.
  While maintaining his professionalism, Stephen is also relatable and personable which adds to how terrific our experience with him was.
  At closing, he explained every paper in a way that made it so easy to figure out what we were signing. When you are faced with a huge stack of papers you’ve never seen or heard of before, you want Stephen Donaldson to be the one to explain it all to you!!
  Additionally, his fee was straightforward and the best that we found in the area. I will certainly recommend him to friends & family. Thank you, Stephen!

  Stephen did a fantastic job representing me during my recent home purchase experience. From start to finish he was extremely professional, very responsive, and insightful about everything involved in my transaction. Stephen was always available for consultation during weekdays and weekends via email, text, or phone. If not available he responded promptly in every case.
  
  Most of all Stephen was a pleasure to work with, and his calming voice of reason was very helpful every time I ran into challenges during the home purchase process.
