I have been to this location several times. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I have had laser hair removal, fillers and botox with great results. I really appreciate the natural look Dr. Gupta is able to achieve.

There are so many options for self care and anti-aging but for me this is the only place! The staff is friendly, respectful and focuses on educating you on what the best options are for the results you desire. Dr. Gupta has a wonderful bed side manner and the skill set to match. No matter what treatment you are interested in this staff helps you step it out in a financially feasible plan for your budget. Thumps up, smiley face, 5 stars!

I have been seeing Doctor Gupta for several years now; she, along with her staff provide wonderful service.
I am usually a "last minute apt" type individual and they do a fabulous job at getting me in fairly quickly.
The care Dr. Gupta provides is top notch and I would recommend her to any and everyone. She is always very thorough when explaining the procedures and takes the necessary time for questions, while also making sure you are comfortable with your upcoming procedure. She is not a "pushy" doctor looking to make money by pushing her services nor her products. She genuinely cares about her patient's wants and needs.

Dr. Gupta has amazing hands and amazing eyes. She is like an artist. She has a fantastic sense about what needs to be done to enhance your face and with her golden hands she performs that to perfection. Her touch is so gentle that bruising is minimal. I think she does an unbelievable great work. Her office is a very pleasant place to be come to and the staff is very professional and friendly. Rob, who answers the phone and is the first line person is extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend Dr Gupta and personally I trust her utterly and completely.

The staff is friendly, and Dr. Gupta is efficient. I don't have to wait; my appointments are on time & they're never overbooked. I switched from another dermatologist nearer to my home, but recommend this doctor & her staff to all my neighbors & friends; it's worth the drive. I feel welcome & comfortable at every step when I'm in their office.

Always a fabulous experience with Dr. Gupta. I have seen her for many years for botox. Most recently had the courage to try fillers around my lip lines with perfect results, not overdone, just perfect. Also had a skin tightening procedure to address my sagging neck and jowls a few months ago with fabulous results. Most importantly, she and her staff are super caring, warm and deeply concerned about my results and my experience. I will not go elsewhere and highly recommend anyone reading this to visit this office. You will be in great hands with a caring, artistic, knowledgeable doctor and staff.

I cannot explain the experience I have had here over the past year. Dr.Gupta has the worst bedside manner and is all about the money and not the patient. I paid for a procedure that has made my face worse and Dr.Gupta had enough audacity to ask me to pay MORE money to do a different procedure that should have been done the first time!! I would never recommend family or friends or even strangers to put their trust in her. She treats her staff awful and made such rude comments during my surgery to her staff that made everyone uncomfortable. She is just plain ungrateful! She always send her staff in to speak with me instead of facing me because she knows what she is doing is wrong. She offered me to do a treatment recently to help fix what she messed up with begin with and have me be the patient her staff "practices" on while they are trained! I refused! What a joke! Haven't heard from the staff or Dr.Gupta since!! No.. Dr.Gupta please do not call me after seeing this review.

I knew I would be in good hands when I called for information! The office manager, Rob, was professional and engaging. He worked with my complicated schedule and I was in the office for a consultation in no time! It was nice being warmly greeted when I arrived. I then met with Dr. Gupta. After patiently answering my endless questions, my decision was clear and I felt confident with the expectations. The nurse, Abby, was very supportive and friendly. The results were amazing and I could not have been more pleased with the experience or results from beginning to end! This is a terrific team!!!

Today was my second visit to see Dr. Gupta and there will definitely be a third! She is wonderful and very easy to talk to. She definitely knows what she's doing! Staff is fantastic! Rob is one of a kind and definitely a joy to see when you walk through the door! If you're looking for the best place to go for your Botox and or other Self Enhancement needs this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience! From my initial phone call to schedule an appointment and all they way through my checkout after my visit, I was made to feel comfortable, cared about, and in good hands. Rob, Abby, and Dr. Gupta are a great team, each of them knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to patient needs and concerns. I'm new in Cincinnati and I was a little nervous about finding a new doctor. I chose Dr. Gupta after reading positive reviews online about the doctor and her staff. Those reviews didn't disappoint!
