Less than a month before our wedding we decided to change our wedding cake plans and to go with The Cookie Factory because we cant resist their famous fudge filling. They were able to accommodate us so last minute and made the most amazing wedding cake we have ever tasted! One of our favorite things they do is give you four cupcakes to taste at home which allows you not to feel pressured. We were able to try the different combinations and found our favorite- the famous fudge filling with a thin layer of raspberry jam on their delicious white cake! We did our consultation with Christina and she completely understood exactly what we were looking for and our vision for our wedding cake. She answered any and all questions we had without hesitation. Our cake had a floral topper and loose flowers along the side of the cake. When we picked up the flowers from the florist that morning we were not pleased with how they looked. Christina could tell we were very stressed about this and ensured us she would fix it for us and make the cake look beautiful- even if that meant adding some of her own fake flowers from the shop. She was able to clean up the flowers, added some color, and arranged them so they looked beautiful! The cake tasted amazing and all of our guests loved the flavor combination we chose. The one surprise we weren't expecting was the extra cake that was delivered. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!!! Instead of saving the top layer of our wedding cake we decided to save the extra cake and cant wait to cut into it next year on our anniversary! Thank you so much for a job well done!!! We will be using The Cookie Factory for all of our cake needs in the future!

Walk in and the sights and smells will delight you. A wonderful bakery to find special treats or every day baked goods. Delicious.

Got my wedding cake from The Cookie Factory it was beautiful and tasted good. Gave 3 stars because we ordered the orange cake and got lemon instead. Was a little upset that they got the cake wrong especially for a wedding.

Someone needs to update the website, got charged $38 for what was listed on the website as $29. Didn't want to argue with the 16 year old clerk who had a line, and I still needed the cake. But a 25% increase with no notice - poor business practices!

You CANNOT go wrong with the Cookie Factory. The cookies, brownies, cakes, and all of the other food is SO good. We get their seven layer cake once a year and it lasts us about a week with 3 people, sometimes less time than that.
The Fudge Fancies (or Fantasies) are quite possibly my favorite cookie o this planet. The staff are always fun to chat with and the facilities are spotless.response / report this review -

Worked at the actual cookie factory.. Packaging cookies and donuts. I didn't get fired I simply left due to the excessive headaches from excessive MOLD in the back area where they pack their cookies, where flys and bees Land on their donuts. Question what is a CORN BUG? Welp never heard of it brought a few of these to the attention of the manager he told me to roll it up.. I wouldn't recommend eating nothing from the cookie factory.. and to think they distribute these cookies to MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES shame shame shame I think they should be shut down if you ask me..

I have never, ever had a cookie so good as the Cookie Factory's "raspberry drops" that I bought yesterday at Hannafords in Voorheesville. The cookie just melts in your mouth, and the raspberry filling is perfect: fruity, not too sweet, just right. This is a five star cookie and worth every cent.

When they ask you what you'd like, just say yes. Every single thing I have tried from here is absolutely excellent. The ladies in the morning make you feel like you're family sitting around the kitchen table. Great job!

Love many things there: brownies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, fruit tarts, and turnover. Slightly less but still very good: canolli danish and sugar cookies. Tad expensive though.
