  Every phase of our experience selling our home with Chris Schmalz and his team at Keller Williams was accomplished efficiently and professionally. Going through the sale of your home can be a very stressful time, but Chris was always prompt in getting back to us about any questions or concerns we had.   Chris and his team made selling our home a dream experience. He was helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. He was straight forward and matter of fact with what we needed to do and made it easy to get the house on the market. It sold within two weeks and it was above listing price.
