I've been shopping at this particular store for 6 years now. I have never had a negative encounter with any of the employees. They have all been so helpful even when I'm just looking around the store for items to purchase for less online. I absolutely love the Children's Place. My biggest regret is that my son will be too big to fit their clothes really soon.

I was treated with disrepect and humiliated by one of the employees. I came into the store with my 2 daughters in hopes of shopping for them. I was in there for more then 30 min picking out the items to buy for them and looking forward to using my first time email subscription of $10 off. As I was waiting in line this particular rep loudly orders me to back off the line with an X that is barely visible & faded on the floor. My six year old daughter said "Mommy why is she being loud in front of everyone" that was now watching us. I asked her if it was necessary for her to yell at me in front of everyone especially my kids when the whole time I've been patiently waiting and she did not bother to mention to one customer that was standing over such "line" she ignored me. Regardless I followed her demeaning order to attempt to leave as soon as possible from the store. I patiently waited for my turn as my 2 year old daughter was crying and wanting to leave. Unluckily I got the same lady to check me out and after showing her my $10 off discount for the total of more then $80 worth of stuff, she rolled her eyes and said "I don't know nothing about that" I felt humiliated to be treated in such a poor manner. It is my first time shopping at that store and I thought having a name such as "the children place' would be a business that will portray respect for children and their mom's. But clearly not. I would not recommend this store to anyone because the Manager witnessed the whole thing and did not even do anything to resolve the issue or ask the rep to refrain from being rude. They all seemed in a hurry to get me and my crying Child out as the store as soon as possible for it was almost closing time.
