The Brokerage was founded to address the changing landscape of real estate and assist home owners and home buyers in all aspects of property purchasing, sales and property management. We are a one stop shop for our clients and always have their best interests in mind. Our clients trust us and we have helped them through these hard and confusing times. We have also created a great working environment for our agents and try to make their jobs as easy as possible so they can better serve their clients and communities. We are a boutique firm and pride ourselves on our ability to truly focus on our client’s needs and always do what is best for them and their investments.
We are involved in neighborhood beautification projects throughout our community. Each of our agents are expected to join a minimum of three charitable organizations within their community. We sponsor The Desert Aids Walk, Fill The Pantry and many other food and toy drives in Los Angeles and Palm Springs. We are on the host committee sponsoring the DAP's "Mid Summer Dance Party" at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs. We sponsor kids and sports programs including "Live the Game" at Madison Square Gardens in New York City. We raise money for animal shelters and the building of new ones, including the new Palm Springs Animal Shelter. We also take great pride in educating our clients on the latest trends in lending and investment opportunities.
We look for very unique agents, well versed in all aspects of real estate, particularly real estate renovation and development… individuals who have a love for real estate and an intense drive to evolve through ever changing technology and industry climates. We have recently brought in a select group of newly licensed agents to infuse new ideas and concepts, while grooming them into successful sales people. Our agents have deep roots in the community, which gives them the relationships they need to succeed!
