Mr. Badaki defended me in a collections case during a very difficult time for me. He was a compassionate, caring, person who was dedicated to presenting my side in the best possible light.

I hired Attorney Badaki based on his experience and knowledge about fraudulent documents like counterfeits, specifically assignments, forged notes, and false affidavits. Our first meeting went well, Mr. Badaki was enthusiastic about defending. In preparing our defense we reviewed evidence proving our payment in full from servicer Bank of America, Dyck O'Neal facially fraudulent Allonges and DYCK possession of a counterfeit mortgage note. Dyck O'Neal was also Unlicensed at their 3214 West Park Row Drive Arlington, TX. 76013 address from July 1, 2011 until present, a violation of LAW which means a DYCK O'NEAL JUDGMENT IS VOID.

Mr. Badaki shared our information with Phillip Robinson during his relationship under contract with us. Attorney Robinson saw many Dyck O'Neal violation and felonies from viewing the vast evidence gathered throughout the state of Maryland.

Attorney Robinson was HIRED & PAID through Badaki by US for a Dispositive Motion in Carroll County that would have ended the case. Instead, attorney Robinson uses Badaki to SELL US OUT Robinson NEVER shows at the Hearing & Badaki WITHDRAWS a Winning Motion to STOP US from reporting Crimes.

Attorney Badaki is well qualified as an attorney.unfortunately, he was WEAK and caved into the corruption and conniving of attorney Phillip Robinson.

Once I completed school and obtained a certificate in Paralegal Studies, I searched online for internships. I came across The Badaki Law Firm and got an interview as well as an internship position with them. The staff was extremely helpful, especially for me as I am fairly new to the field. Everyone at the firm has a strong work ethic and is very professional. I learned even more from working at the firm than with schooling alone. I am thankful for the opportunity I received as an intern at The Badaki Law Firm!
